【摘要】 近年来我国的建设事业飞速发展，建设规模也不断扩大，与此同时建设工程质量就越来越被社会各界关注。要想使建设工程质量得到很好地保障，建立合理的建设工程质量政府监督管理模式是很有必要的。实现对建设工程质量的有效监管，能够切实保证建设工程的质量，这也是一个急需解决的问题。目前我国在建设工程质量政府监督这条道路上正处于发展阶段，存在着一定的不足，我们不仅要从自身找问题，还应该合理的借鉴和学习国外的成功经验。我们不仅要了解我国在建设工程质量政府监督模式上的发展过程和不足之处，也要了解和分析国外的建设工程质量政府监督管理模式，找到国外发展的不足和优势，通过比较，找出更加适合我国建设工程发展的方式方法，让建设工程质量在政府的监督管理下更能得到保障。本文不仅分析研究了国内的建设工程质量政府监督管理的模式，还对国外的管理模式进行了分析和研究。经过对国内外的建设工程质量政府监督管理模式的研究，找出了一些我国当下的管理模式存在的不足之处，比如，执法地位不能明确界定，信誉机制不够完善，也就相应的问题提出了合理的建议和意见。希望在未来的发展道路上，我国的建设工程质量政府监督管理工作能够更好的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of construction in our country in recent years, theconstruction scale expands unceasingly, also at the same time constructionengineering quality is more and more attention from all walks of life. To get wellconstruction project quality guarantee, establish reasonable construction projectquality government supervision and management model is necessary. Realizeeffective supervision on the quality of construction projects, to guarantee the qualityof construction projects, it is also a problem needed to resolve. I at present, ourcountry in construction project quality government supervision on the development ofthe road is in the primary stage, many deficiencies and defects, we should not onlyfrom their own to find the problem, should also be a reasonable reference and learnthe successful experience of abroad. We should not only know our country in thedevelopment of the construction project quality government supervision mode anddeficiency, and to understand and analyze the foreign construction project qualitygovernment supervision and management mode, find the shortages and advantages offoreign development, through the comparison, find out the more suitable for ourcountry construction project development methods, make construction engineeringquality under the supervision and management of the government can get moresecurity.This paper not only analyzed the pattern of domestic construction project qualitygovernment supervision and management of, and also analyses the foreignmanagement mode and research. After the government supervision over the quality ofthe domestic and foreign construction project management pattern research, find outmany problems of the current management mode in our country, for example, the lawenforcement status cannot be clearly defined, reputation mechanism is imperfect,construction quality supervision institution is yet to be improve, also thecorresponding problem put forward reasonable Suggestions and comments.
