【摘要】 随着中国企业的快速发展，管理水平的不断提高，越来越多的企业采用项目管理的方式管理企业。而在大多数企业中，一般项目都不是以单个形式存在的，越来越多的企业面临着项目组合管理的新挑战。项目组合管理首先面临的问题就是项目组合选择的问题。基于企业战略目标的项目组合选择问题已经成为了当代企业面临的重大课题。凯塔公司正是一家面对项目组合选择问题的公司。本文以凯塔公司为案例，分析其项目组合选择中存在的问题，并寻求解决方案。本文将结合项目组合选择的相关理论为凯塔公司量身打造符合其企业发展战略的项目选择评价模型。接着依托于该评价模型，通过项目综合评定的方式，对凯塔公司的5个正在实施和2个准备实施的项目进行逐一评定，得出参选项目的优先级。最后通过项目间的相关性原理对参选项目进行项目组合设计。本文将为企业实施项目组合选择这一课题提供参考思路，并为凯塔公司的项目组合选择的具体问题提供较为完善的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 As enterprises develop rapidly and keep improving their management in China,more and more enterprises run themselves by project management. Most enterprises areconfronted with the new challenge of portfolio and management of project, since theproject is not simplex. The first problem portfolio and management of project has toface is how to choose project portfolio. Based on strategic targets of enterprises, theproject portfolio selection has become a major issue for enterprises nowadays.Cata is facing the problem of project portfolio selection. This paper takes Cata asan example, analyzing the problems in the project portfolio selection in order to find thesolutions. With the use of relevant theories of project portfolio selection, this paper willcreate a project selection and evaluation model which conforms to its strategies todevelop. On the basis of evaluation model and comprehensive assessment, this paperwill assess5ongoing projects and2projects which are ready to carry out, to get thepriority. At last, this paper will design project portfolio by the theory of relevanceamong projects. This paper will provide reference for how to design project portfolio forenterprises, it also offers Cata complete plan to solve concrete problems concerning theproject portfolio selection.更多还原
