【摘要】 目的：通过观察眩晕1号膏方对阳亢血瘀型高血压病的临床疗效，确定中医膏方治疗规范，并加以推广。方法：将60例阳亢血瘀型1、2级原发性高血压患者随机分为2组：对照组、治疗组，每组30例，连续治疗60日。2组均给口服硝苯地平缓释片（I）（山东鲁抗医药集团赛特有限责任公司生产）治疗，治疗组加服眩晕1号方膏方。观察治疗前后患者中医症候评分、临床症状及血压变化。结果：2组患者临床总疗效比较：对照组显效33.33%，总有效率73.33%；治疗组显效率50.00%，总有效率93.33%。与对照组相比，治疗组疗效均具有显著性差异（P<0.05），治疗组疗效均优于对照组。症状改善及中医症候积分方面，2组治疗前后相比具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。血压疗效评定方面，治疗前后相比，2组均具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。在安全性与不良反应方面，治疗组与对照组比较，均无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论：眩晕1号膏方治疗阳亢血瘀型高血压病具有良好的疗效，无明显不良反应，疗效优于单独西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of vertigo1cream of yang hyperactivity andblood stagnation type hypertension, determine the Chinese herbal extract treatmentstandard, and to promote.Methods:60cases of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency, blood stasis type1,2level of patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into2groups:control group, treatment group,30cases in each group, for60consecutive days. The2groups were given oral Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets (I)(Shandong LukangPharmaceutical Group set a limited liability company production) treatment, the treatmentgroup added vertigo No.1cream. The changes of clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome scoreand blood pressure were observed before and after treatment.Results: The total clinical efficacy were compared between the2groups: the controlgroup was33.33%, the total efficiency of73.33%; the efficiency of the treatment groupwas50%, the total efficiency of93.33%. Compared with the control group, the efficacy ofthe treatment group were significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group curativeeffect surpasses the control group. Integral of symptom and syndrome, the2groups beforeand after treatment compared with significant differences (P<0.05). Evaluation of curativeeffect before and after treatment, blood pressure, compared the2groups, there weresignificant differences (P<0.05). In the safety and adverse reactions, treatment groupcompared with control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Vertigo1cream treatment of yang hyperactivity and blood stagnationtype hypertension disease has good curative effect, no obvious adverse reactions, curativeeffect is better than single western medicine treatment.更多还原
