【摘要】 唐高祖武德年间,李世民利用其秦王、天策上将、陕东道大行台尚书令的多重身份,在秦王府、天策上将府、陕东道大行台治下招募了大量英才。除了任用关陇士族外,他对山东豪杰、江南文士均予以拔擢,将不同地域、不同政治背景、不同文化类型的人才纳入麾下。这些人员成为他扩张政治势力过程中的重要参与者,在唐初迅速平定天下及储位之争中发挥了重要作用。玄武门之变后,追随李世民的部分重要幕僚先后进入中央权力机构,成为统治集团中的核心成员。为维护唐王朝的统治,唐太宗即位后通过食实封、世封刺史、图形凌烟阁,对功臣进行三次大规模赏赐。受到封赏的人员为在唐朝统一战争中及贞观年间建功立业的文臣武将,主要是由太原功臣、李世民幕僚集团及其他官员三部分组成,而李世民幕僚集团是受赏赐的主体。李世民所封赏的功臣囊括了武德至贞观年间汇聚在其麾下,为其建立功勋、登基称帝、治理国家做出卓越贡献的重要幕僚。太宗在升储之前所招募的人员中,关陇贵族已不占绝对优势,在即位后所重用的功臣集团,关陇贵族也呈现式微之势。太宗通过对关中本位政策的调整,形成了凝聚并融合各方人才的政治统治集团,推动了贞观之治的出现与发展。更多还原
