【摘要】 高校辅导员在高等院校学生的思想政治教育工作中有着举足轻重的作用，为了辅导员实现个体价值和高校组织的目标，对其进行职业生涯管理意义重大。从我国目前高校辅导员职业生涯管理的现状来看，仍存在着各种弊端。因此，充分调动辅导员的主观能动性，使其能积极主动地将所在院校的发展和自身发展集合，成为目前建设高校辅导员队伍的一项很重要的内容。本文以威海职业学院辅导员作为调查对象，针对当前该院辅导员职业生涯规划与发展进程中存在的问题及原因进行分析。作为一所全日制普通高等专科学校，2009年威海职业学院率先成为全国首批28所“国家示范性高等职业院校”、同时也是“国家高技能人才培养示范基地”。招生数量随学院的发展带动逐渐增多，同时带动了学院的辅导员队伍也日益壮大。重视对辅导员的队伍建设和职业生涯管理，具有非比寻常的意义，无论对学生的教育、辅导员自身职业发展还是学院的长期发展。威海职业学院对于辅导员的职业生涯管理目前应该说还相对薄弱，存在很多的问题，辅导员个人角色定位模糊、管理的配套政策不完备、辅导员职业专业性不强等等，直接影响了辅导员队伍的稳定和发展。本文将通过对威海职业学院辅导员职业生涯管理背景的介绍，运用人本原理、工作压力理论、双因素理论等相关理论为学院辅导员职业生涯管理的研究寻找理论支持；并采用问卷调查的方法进行数据统计，分析威海职业学院辅导员职业生涯发展的现状及存在的问题，分析问题产生的原因，并针对出现的问题提出解决方案及完善保障措施来保障辅导员职业生涯管理策略的实施。本文的研究旨在完成学院辅导员的职业生涯管理研究，推进威海职业学院辅导员队伍建设、提高学院辅导员对工作的满意度和工作热忱，从而对辅导员的职业生涯科学管理起到积极的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Instructors are the mentors and performers of the ideological and politicaleducation for the students in the college, so there is great significance to managetheir career which can not only help instructors to achieve the individual valuebut also to realize the goal of the college organization. From the contemporarysituation of college advisor career management. There are still a variety ofproblems, though. therefore the important content of building and studyingcollege conductor groups is to associate the progress of themselves with thestrategy development of the whole college,and thus try the utmost to stimulatetheir working enthusiasm, initiative, creativeness. This research is based on thesubjects of WeiHai Vocational College advisors analyzing the problems andcauses lying in the occupational planning and its developing procedure.WeiHai Vocational College is a full-time Ordinary higher academy, whichbecame one of the first group of28national demonstrative higher occupationcolleges and the national high-skilled talents training base in2009.Accompanythe sustained improvement of the college and the continuous increasing enrollingof new students, the team of instructors is expanded gradually. Strengthening theconstruction and career management of assistants wil be of great significance notonly for students’ education but also for the occupation development ofcounselors themselves as well as the long-term evolvement of the college.Currently WeiHai Vocational College is not that intensified in terms ofinstructors’ career management,in fact,there are many problems,such as theillegibility of personal character orientation for them, the inadequacy of assortedpolicies for management, the weakness of job professionals for instructors and soon,which affects the stability and advancement of assistants directly.This essay will apply the anthracic, the working press theory, two-component theory and other relevant theories to seek theoretical foundation forthe study of counselors occupation management through the introduction of thebackground information about the instructors profession management of WeiHaiVocational College, and thus utilize the methods of questionnaire to do thestatisticians, analyze the present situations and existing problems for the instructors career developing of WeiHai Vocational College as well as the causesfor the issues, at the same time offer the solving proposals according to theproblems and modify safeguard measures in order to guarantee the fulfillment orundertaking of the strategies about assistants ‘career management,which aimingto boost the construction of instructors of WeiHai Vocational College, tostimulate their working passion and raise the level of satisfaction which cancontribute to modifying the supervision of counselors vocation actively.更多还原
