基于层次分析法的质量综合评价系统设计与实现

【摘要】 质量评价是质量管理的重要内容,传统质量评价方法存在主观性强、工作量大、数据保存困难等方面的问题。本文以工程机械质量评价为研究背景,设计与实现了基于层次分析法的质量综合评价系统,目的是实现工程机械质量评价的信息化与自动化、提高评价流程的规范性和结果的准确性。本文研究了层次综合评价方法,建立了基于层次分析法的质量综合评价模型,并进行了质量评价系统的设计与实现。首先,本文综述了相关理论与技术:综述了层次综合评价方法,即基于层次分析法(AHP)的模糊综合评价方法;综述了.NET开发平台与系统构架技术;综述了C#与Matlab混合编程技术。然后,本文进行了系统需求分析与概要设计:建立了基于层次分析法的质量综合评价模型,该质量评价模型的关键算法包括权重辅助算法和递阶归并评价算法;采用UML用例图进行了功能用例分析;采用三层架构技术进行了系统架构设计;采用模块化的设计思想进行了系统功能模块设计。最后,本文进行了系统详细设计与实现:采用UML时序图进行了功能模块详细设计;依据规范化、完整性、安全性的原则进行了数据库设计;采用C#与Matlab混合编程技术进行了关键算法实现;采用ASP.NET与SqlServer数据库进行了系统开发,详述了系统主要界面的设计与实现。目前,本系统关键部分已开发完成,达到了预期目标。本文所建立的质量评价模型,可以为其它相关行业的质量评价系统提供参考价值。
【Abstract】 Quality evaluation is an important content of quality management. Thetraditional methods, which have some problems such as strong subjectivity, heavyworkload, difficulty to save the data. This paper, construction equipment qualityevaluation as the research background, design and realization of the quality evaluationsystem, based on the hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method.This paper studies the hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method, establishesthe comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process, designs andrealizes the quality evaluation system. Firstly, this paper studies the related theory andtechnology: the hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method, a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), study of the.NETdevelopment platform, system framework and mixed programming technology. Then,the paper summarizes the system requirements analysis and summary of design: theestablishment of the quality evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process,including the index weight aided algorithm and evaluation algorithm, use caseanalysis based on the UML use case diagram, the system architecture design using thetechnique of layered architecture, function module design. Finally, this papersummarizes the detailed design and implementation of the system: the detailed designof function modules using the UML sequence diagram, the design of the systemdatabase, the system development using ASP.NET and SqlServer database, realizationof the key algorithm based on the mixed programming technology using mixedprogramming of C#and Matlab.At present, the key part of this system has been developed, and the workachieved the expected goal. The model of quality evaluation established in this paper,can provide reference value for the quality evaluation system of other relatedindustries.
