超超临界机组主蒸汽管系应力在线检测装置开发

【摘要】 超超临界机组主蒸汽管系安全可靠是电厂安全运行监督的重中之重,支吊架是平衡主蒸汽管系均匀受力的关键部件,然而运行过程中的振动、冲击等因素会使得支吊架的松紧度发生变化,导致整个主蒸汽管系受力不均匀、管系内外过大的应力差;管系中一些薄弱部件在此情况下很容易出现损伤,导致安全事故发生。准确评价支吊架的工作状态对主蒸汽高温管道长期安全运行具有重要意义。本课题基于光纤光栅传感器设计出一套应力实时检测系统,采用上位PC机+嵌入式系统下位机组成检测系统。该系统对支吊架所受应力进行实时监测,经过一段时间的监测,发现检测系统运行稳定,采集速度与精度均达到了良好的状况。监测结果在设计值范围内,这说明支吊架服役状态良好。并且根据上位机监测计算得到的数据,利用CAESAR II进行管道应力分析校核,一次应力和二次应力均在允许范围内,管道运行状况良好。通过本课题研究,开发超超临界主蒸汽管系支吊架应力测量装置及系统,实现长期实时监控整个管系支吊架的受力情况,可为电厂主蒸汽管系的安全可靠运行提供可靠的监测数据,改善管系受力状态,使管系受力达到理想状况,可有效避免事故的发生,从而达到延长管系使用寿命的目的。
【Abstract】 The operational reliability of ultra-supercritical unit main steam line plays animportant role in the whole safe operation of the power plant. The support andhangers is the key part in balancing stress of the main steam line. However, theworking condition sometimes will change because of the vibration and impact. It willresult in non-uniform stress and damage in the weak part of the piping line. Therefore,how to accurately evaluate the condition of the hangers and analyze the force situationcan affect the long-term performance of high temperature main steam line.This study designed a stress real-time detection system based on FBG sensor.This system includes an upper PC and embedded system lower computer. The systemhad a monitoring in the stress of the support and hangers. The detection system has agood stability, speed and precision during the monitoring period. The results arewithin the setting value. Hence, the support and hangers are in the ideal state ofservice. At last, we use CAESAR II, the professional pipe stress analysis software, tocheck the stress of the main steam line and finally get the situation of the operationwith the data obtained from the ysytem.It is meaningful to monitor the force situation of the support and hangers in realand long time. This detection system can provide the monitoring data to help the mainsteam pipe line with safe and reliable operation and improve the force of pipe. At last,our purpose is to avoid the accident and prolong the pipe operation time.
