基于CCD的钢板测宽仪系统设计

【摘要】 板形板厚是保证热轧带钢产品质量的重要值,钢板宽度的检测和自动控制对提高板形板厚检测和控制精度具有重要意义。本文结合唐山港陆钢铁公司1500热轧自动化生产线,进行了基于CCD(Charge Coupled Device)技术的钢板宽度测量系统设计,在自动板宽控制系统(AWC)中起到重要的作用,具有一定的经济效益。首先在研究了国内外先进CCD测宽仪的基础上,分析了CCD光电传感器和典型线阵CCD图像传感器的原理,并设计了CCD测宽仪系统布局及测量流程。结合热轧生产过程中对在线宽度测量系统的要求,设计了CCD光电测量硬件系统结构,根据测宽仪性能指标的要求,总体设计了基于Windows操作界面的高精度、响应快的新型测宽仪测量方案并对CCD测宽仪各主要部件进行了选型。然后根据测量方案对CCD驱动信号源、信号二值化处理系统、计数板进行硬件电路设计及软件设计。本设计实现了CCD测宽仪的基本功能,并在实验室对各项性能指标进行了测试。在软件系统设计中研究了CCD测宽仪产生测量误差的因素并进行相应的软件补偿。在软件滤波中提出了改进的角度补偿方法。
【Abstract】 The thickness and strip shape of the hot rolled strip steel are important values toensure the quality of product, the detection of width of the steel plate have greatsignificance to improve the system’s control precision. Combination with the1500automation system of hot rolling production line of Tangshan Ganglu iron and steelcompany, this article designed a steel plate width measurement system based on CCDtechnology. The results show that, it plays an important role in the automatic width control(AWC) system, and has a certain economic benefits.Firstly, in the base of the study of advanced CCD width gauge, it analysises theprinciple of photoelectric sensors and typical CCD linear array image sensor, the sametime it designs width gauge system layout and measurement processes.it analysises thehot-rolled production line width measurement of system requirements, according to thewidth gauge performance requirements,It overall designes the new width gauge measuring program based on the highprecision and fast response of the windows interface,and selects the major components ofCCD width gauge. Then according to the measurement, it conducts the designing of theCCD drive signal source program, the signal binarization system, the counting circuitboard hardware and software.The design achieves the basic functions of CCD width gauge, and tests Performanceindicators in the laboratory for the performance. In the design of software systems,itstudys the factors that the CCD width gauge produces the measurement errors and do thecorresponding software compensation. An improved method of angle compensation ismethoded in the software filtering.
