【摘要】 “走出去”战略实施以来，中国企业在国外直接投资发展迅速，越来越多中国企业谋求到海外发展，寻找投资机会。中缅两国历来是友好和重要的经贸投资合作伙伴，经过多年的发展，伴随着缅甸经济的起飞，中国企业对缅甸直接投资呈良好上升态势。当前缅甸市场总体上处于潜力无限、风险与机遇并存的时期，正被许多国家视为新的投资热土。随着缅甸新政府上台实行开放政策，内政外交发生重大变化，缅甸经济前景存在一定的不确定性。中国企业在缅甸投资要意识到投资风险和收益并存，除考虑项目本身的风险外，还应考虑到政治、战争风险等；考虑到缅甸的国情；搞好与政府、民众等各方面的关系，主动融入当地的社会经济发展之中；在自身获得发展的同时,争取各方共赢。本文拟就中国企业在缅甸直接投资发展现状特征及在缅甸投资面临的问题与挑战进行分析，并结合案例做一些应对的思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strong bond of China and Burma was built in the cooperation intrading and economics andsoon the bonds between the two countries would be even more enhanced due to the inclinationof Chinese enterprises to be increasing their investment in Burma.In the potential Burma market,the opportunities and risks coexist,seening as a new hotinvestment place in many countries.With the open policy,the new government came to power, domestic and foreign affairs hasgreatly changed, Burma’s economic outlook has certain uncertainty. Chinese enterpriseinvestment in Burma’s problems and challenges are growing.The Chinese enterprises in Burmashould be awareness of investment risks and benefits, in addition to consider the risk of theproject itself, to politics, war risk and so on should also be considered, considering the nationalconditions, get good relations with the government, the public and other aspects, incorporatedin the local social and economic development, actively in their own development at the sametime, strive for all parties.This dissertation focuses on the current situation and the problems&challenges of Chineseenterprises direct investment in Burma,and combining with case to do some thinking.更多还原
