双质量飞轮动态扭转角度信号测试方法研究

【摘要】 双质量飞轮作为一种新型的汽车扭振减振器,已经有多年的使用历史,但是在国内对该零部件的理论研究,尤其是在DMF的动态特性的研究领域,尚未形成比较具有代表性的动态特性理论去指导DMF的设计工作。对于动态特性,国内外的研究方法基本以理论模型和试验研究为主,不同的理论模型基于不同的假设条件和简化方法,而理论模型最直接的检验方法就是对DMF进行试验研究。目前针对DMF的试验主要包括静态特性试验,疲劳试验,发动机激振试验,动态特性试验等,分别用于研究DMF的静态特性,疲劳特性,发动机激振工况扭振衰减特性,动态特性等。对于DMF动态特性试验,主要测试内容就是DMF在动态工况下的扭角波动与扭矩波动,本文研究内容为DMF动态扭转角的测试方法。首先,本文分析了国内外对于扭角与扭振的测试方法,针对动态工况下出现的非平稳信号,总结了学术界对该类信号的处理方式,介绍了针对DMF的一系列比较具有代表性的测试实试验台。其次,本文在总结学术界对DMF静态扭转变形理论的基础上,综合考虑弹簧簧圈曲率及螺旋角变化,提出了DMF静态扭转变形新的计算模型,同时利用有限元分析方法对弧形弹簧静态扭转变形做出分析,搭建静态扭转特性试验台,完成静态扭转变形测试,对后续DMF动态扭转模型建立基础。再次,针对DMF动态试验中的一系列关键技术做出介绍,主要包括测试信号同步处理,相对扭角信号获取方法,扭振信号获取方法,信号预处理方法,扭振时域分析方法,扭振频域分析方法,信号的分离与重构等。最后,对DMF动态受力模型做出介绍,根据动态特性试验要求,介绍了DMF动态扭转角度信号测试方法,并搭建DMF动态特性试验台,完成了无激振扭转试验,有激振扭振衰减试验和加速试验等,并取得了良好的试验结果。
【Abstract】 Dual mass flywheel(DMF) has been used as a kind of torsional vibration damperin cars for a long history. But the domestic theory for this components especially inthe field of dynamic characteristics are not very useful for guiding the design work ofDMF. As to the dynamic characteristics of DMF, both domestic study and studyabroad, often research in the field like theoretical model and experimental study. Asdifferent theoretical models based on different assumptions and simplified method,experimental study provide very obvious ways to verify the theoretical models.Experimental study of DMF mainly include static characteristic test, fatigue test,engine vibration test, the dynamic characteristic test, etc., which are used to study thestatic characteristics, fatigue characteristics, vibration torsional vibration attenuationcharacteristics, dynamic characteristics of DMF, etc.For DMF dynamic characteristic test, the main test contents are DMF torsionAngle fluctuation and torque fluctuation under dynamic conditions, this paperresearch for the DMF torsional angle test methods.First, this paper analyzes the torsional Angle and the torsional vibration testmethods in the domestic and overseas, aiming at non-stationary signals underdynamic conditions, summarizes the signal processing methods, introduced a seriesof DMF test bench.Then, this paper summarizes the DMF static torsion deformation theory, figureout the new static characteristics on consider of the changing spring coil curvatureand spiral angle. At the same time, analysis the static torsion deformation by usingfinite element method, and compare the results. Set up the static characteristics testbench, complete the torsion deformation test.Thirdly, introduce a series of key technologies in DMF dynamic test, mainlyinclude synchronous process of the signals, the relative torsion angle signalacquisition method, the torsional vibration signal acquisition, signal preprocessingmethod, time domain and frequency domain analysis method of signals, separationand reconstruction, etc.Finally, introduced to DMF dynamic force model, and set up the dynamiccharacteristics test bench, complete the experiment of dynamic torsional characteristics without vibration exciting, vibration attenuation of torsional vibration,characteristics under the accelerate condition.
