基于HRP的在线请假管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机及网络技术的高速发展,企业正在向信息化方向快速前进。现代企业人力资源管理日显重要。企业员工的请假管理作为人力资源管理工作的重要部分,与员工的薪酬有着紧密的联系,影响着整个企业的运营效率。对于如何管理请假信息,许多企业尚停留在手工管理模式,从而导致管理效率低、数据查询难、信息统计复杂等问题,亟待解决。本文设计和实现了在线请假管理系统,利用计算机信息化方法,结合现存的HRP系统,为企业单位提供了完整的请假信息管理的解决方案和软件系统。笔者针对现存请假管理方式的缺陷,对新系统做了详细的论述,规范了企业内部请假流程。系统采用先进技术,基于B/S架构,采用ASP技术和SQL数据库相结合的方式。重点就请假申请、请假审批、请假核准和管理员子系统等主要功能模块进行详细的阐述。在线请假管理系统具备丰富的功能和实践意义,实现了企业请假流程的电子化、无纸化、透明化。在线请假管理系统是作为中大型企业解决请假流程的解决方案,基于B/S架构的开发,使系统的访问变得简便,简化了企业人力资源部门的假期统计困难,避免了由于人为因素而造成的数据遗漏、统计出错等问题,为整个企业提高工作效率作出了贡献,并在实际应用中得到诸多好评。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer and network technology, enterprises are, fast-forward to the direction of information technology. The modern enterprise human resource management becomes increasingly important. As an important part of human resources management, corporate staff leave management has close ties with the remuneration of employees, and affect the operational efficiency of the entire enterprise. About how to manage the leave information, many enterprises still remain in the manual management mode, so it results in low efficiency of management, data query difficult, and complex statistical information, which should to be solved soon.In this article, online leave management system is designed and implemented, with the combination of computer information and the existing HRP system, which provide a full leave information management solutions and software system. For the way of the defects of the existing leave management, the author has done a detailed research on the new system and standardized internal leave process. With advanced IT technical, the system based on a combination of B/S architecture, ASP and SQL database. This article focuses on the module such as leave application, leave approval, leave check and admin subsystem in details. Online leave management system with rich functionality and best practices realizes enterprises leave process electronic, paperless, and transparent.As a medium and large enterprises leave process solutions, online leave management system is developped based on B/S architecture. It could make the access to the system easier, simplify the corporate human resources department holidays statistical difficulties, avoid data missing, satistical error and other problems due to human factors, and improve work efficiency for the entire enterprise, so online leave management system rewards a lot of praise in practical applications.更多还原
