【摘要】 经过近30年的发展,猕猴桃已经成为四川省最具特色的水果产业之一,其栽培面积和产量均排名全国第二,在我国猕猴桃产业中具有重要地位。为进一步推动四川猕猴桃产业的健康可持续发展,进一步做大做强四川省猕猴桃产业,更好的促进农民增收,本文依据产业经济学、比较优势及农业竞争力等理论,对全省猕猴桃产业进行了深入分析,并提出了产业可持续发展的战略措施和对策建议。本论文的主要研究内容包括：一、从猕猴桃栽培历史、栽培面积、产量、标准化栽培水平、品种结构、进出口贸易、消费现状等方面系统的分析了全国、全球的猕猴桃发展现状,为四川省猕猴桃产业提供了大量借鉴。二、根据产业竞争力模型,从品种资源情况、种植面积、鲜果产量、投入产出、标准化栽培、商品化处理及加工、品牌营销等方面分析了四川省猕猴产业的发展现状。三、运用SWOT分析方法,综合分析了四川猕猴桃产业发展的现状。其自身优势包括自然资源禀赋优势、具有自主知识产权的品种优势、产业发展基础优势、产业发展机制模式优势、品牌建设优势；制约因素包括缺乏多元化的品种选育能力、标准化生产投入成本高、猕猴桃标准化栽培技术要求高；面临的机遇主要为国内外强大的市场需求；面临的外部环境威胁包括猕猴桃出口面临技术贸易壁垒、溃疡病等病虫害威胁以及国内其他主产区的竞争威胁。四、分析了四川猕猴桃产业存在的五大问题,即缺乏科学合理规划、品种结构不甚合理、标准化栽培水平较低、商品化处理及加工设施欠缺、品牌营销能力滞后。五、根据对四川猕猴桃产业的优劣势分析,提出四川猕猴桃产业发展应走增长性战略(S0)和多元化战略(ST)。并提出实现四川猕猴桃产业可持续发展战略的7条建议,即科学规划布局,集中打造优势产业带；加大科研投入,加强科技对产业的技术支撑；不断推广新品种,优化品种结构；加大标准化栽培技术的推广和应用；加大对龙头企业的引进和培育；加强品牌建设,不断开拓国际市场；充分发挥政府作用,完善政策支持体系。本文研究成果将为四川省猕猴桃主产区各级政府制定产业政策提供理论依据和智力支持,为四川猕猴桃产业可持续发展提供借鉴,具有一定的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The kiwifruit has developed one of the most characteristic fruit industry in Sichuan Province in nearly30years.The planting area and output are ranked second, has an important position in China’s kiwifruit industry. In order to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of kiwifruit industry, further enlarge and strengthen the kiwifruit industry, further promote the farmers’ income, the article makes a deep analysis of the kiwifruit industry on the basis of industrial economics,comparative advantage and competitiveness of agriculture theory, using the economics and management science. The author offered a certain number of strategic measures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the industry. The main research contents of the article include:一、The author has analysed the current situation of China’s kiwifruit industry and the world kiwifruit industry from the kiwi cultivation history, planting area, yield, standardized cultivation level, product structure, imports and exports, consumption status and other aspects.The analysis provides a reference for kiwifruit industry in Sichuan province.二、According to the theory of industrial competitiveness model, The author has analysed the current development of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan province from a variety of resources, planting area, yield, imports and exports, standardized cultivation, commercial processing and processing, brand marketing etc.三、 Based on the analysis of Sichuan kiwifruit industry, using the SWOT analysis method,we take a conclusion of kiwifruit industry.in Sichuan.The advantages includes natural resource endowment advantage,with independent intellectual property rights of the varieties,industry,base advantage, Mechanism model advantage and brand advantage;The restriction factors include the lack of multi variety breeding ability, standardized production and high input costs, cultivation technique of kiwifruit standard requirements;The opportunities include strong domestic and international market demand; The external threat faced include kiwifruit exports face technical barriers to trade,ulcer disease and pest threats and competitive threat to other domestic production region.四、We analyzed the five problems in Sichuan kiwifruit industry,include lack of scientific and rational planning, product structure is not reasonable, standardized cultivation level is low, commercial processing and processing facilities, lack of brand marketing capabilities.五、According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Sichuan kiwifruit industry, we consider that the Sichuan kiwifruit industry development should take the growth strategy (SO) and diversification strategy (ST). And put forward7suggestions to the sustainable development strategy of Sichuan kiwifruit industry, include scientific planning, focus on creating superior industry belt; increase investment, strengthen the technical support science and technology to the industry; continuous promotion of new varieties, optimize breed structure;increase the promotion and application of standard cultivation techniques; increase the introduction and Cultivation of the leading enterprises;building strong brand,and constantly open up the international market;give full play to the role of government, improve the policy support system.The results of this study will provide theoretical basis and intellectual support to the Sichuan Province kiwi fruit producing areas at all levels of government to formulate industrial policy,provides the reference for the sustainable development of kiwifruit industry in Sichuan, and has certain practical significance.更多还原
