【摘要】 在世情、国情、党情发生深刻变化的新形势下，在执政考验、改革开放考验、市场经济考验、外部环境考验的“四大考验”面前；在精神懈怠的危险、能力不足的危险、脱离群众的危险和消极腐败的危险“四大危险”面前，作为执政六十多年，党员人数发展为八千多万的执政党——中国共产党，如何在新的历史条件下保持自身马克思主义政党纯洁性，已成为一个严肃的时代性党建课题。我们党能否把“世情、国情、党情”顺序“倒过来”，从党情、国情、世情“反向顺序”入手，以解决党情问题，推动解决“国情”、“世情”，从而富有成效地完成中国共产党人伟大的历史使命。加强党的纯洁性建设，目的是始终保持中国共产党无产阶级政党本色，通过不断增强党的凝聚力、提高党的战斗力进而不断解放社会生产力。而加强党的先进性建设，目的是推动历史发展。党的十六大政治报告明确指出：“党的先进性是具体的、历史的，必须放到推动当代中国先进生产力和先进文化的发展中去考察，放到维护和实现最广大人民根本利益的奋斗中去考察，归根到底要看党在推动历史前进中的作用”。在中国，“离开发展，坚持党的先进性、发挥社会主义制度的优越性和实现民富国强都无从谈起”。两个建设，先进性建设，推动经济社会发展；纯洁性建设，保持马克思主义政党本色，二者统一于党的建设伟大工程中。解决中国的问题，关键在于党。在启动“实现中国梦”的伟大奋斗之际，我们党也遇到了一个时代性的党的建设挑战。在谋求老百姓的经济利益增长中，在推进小康社会的城镇化进程中，在维护和实现人民群众的基本权益中，在推进城乡一体化发展中，不仅存在着损害群众利益的不正之风，也存在着一小部分领导干部的贪污腐化一系列问题。这些问题，考验着党的纯洁性，考验着全面建成小康社会的质量和最终成败，考验着社会主义的“本色”。因此，我们党必须从思想纯洁、组织纯洁、作风纯洁、干部勤政廉洁等多个方面，把加强党的纯洁性建设与“实现中国梦”同时并举，在解决党建的时代课题中，取得伟大胜利。因此，深入研究党的纯洁性建设思想意义重大。本文共分为五个部分：第一部分，介绍了执政党纯洁性建设的基本内涵。这是认识党的纯洁性建设思想的基本理论问题。第二部分，从理论基础和实践探索两个方面阐述建设党的纯洁性的必要性。第三部分和第四部分，论述了中国共产党进行纯洁性建设的意义和基本途径。从长期执政带来的风险，市场经济带来的挑战，改革开放的客观必然，外部环境的现实需求四个方面展示纯洁性建设。为进一步保持和强化党的纯洁性建设，基本路径主要就是不断提高党的自我净化能力和常态化开展保持党的纯洁性工作。第五部分，阐述了中国共产党对纯洁性建设的探索。依据我国目前所处的国际国内形势和党情的变化，不断地总结经验教训，逐步探索出有中国共产党特色的纯洁性道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the new circumstances that the world situation, national condition and the party’s developmentare all undergoing profound changes, the “four major tests” in ruling party, reform and opening up policy,market economy and external environment, the “four danger” of plain slacking, insufficient capacity,isolating from the masses and the danger of corruption, it has become a serious time party building projectof party construction for the Communist Party of China---the party which has been ruling for more thansixty years and owning more than eighty million party members---to learn how to maintain its purity.Whether the Party can make “the world situation, the national condition, the Party” order “upside down”,and start from the “reverse order” of “the Party, the national condition, the world situation” to solve theproblem of Party’s development and promote the settlement of the national condition and the worldsituation.The purpose of strengthening the Party’s purity construction is to keep the quality of the CommunistParty of China’s Marxist party and release the productive forces by continuously enhancing the Party’scohesion and improving the Party’s fighting capacity. While the purpose of reinforcing the Party’sadvancement construction is to promote the development of history. The Sixteenth National Party Congresshas incisively pointed out “The party’s advanced nature is concrete and historical, it must be examinedwhether it can promote the development of China’s contemporary advanced productive forces andadvanced culture and whether it can safeguard and accomplish the basic interests of the masses. In otherwords, it must be inspected as a role of promoting historical progress”. In China,“Without development, itis impossible to adhere to Party’s advanced nature, to give play to the superiority of the socialist system andto make the country and people rich”. The two constructions---advanced construction can promoteeconomic and social development while purity construction can maintain the quality of the Marxist Party---are united in the great project of Party building.The key of solving China’s problem is the Party. At the beginning of “realize Chinese Dream”, ourParty has encountered a times of Party-building challenge. In the pursuit of people’s economic interestgrowth, in the urbanization process of the well-off society, in the process of maintaining and accomplishing people’s basic rights and interests and promoting the integration of urban and rural development, there notonly exists unhealthy practices that harm public interests, but also a rang of issues that corruption occurs insmall part of the leading cadres. All these problems test the purity of the Party, test the quality and finalsuccess or failure of building moderately prosperous society, test the socialist “quality”. Therefore, we musttake measures to strengthen the purity construction of the Party and realize “Chinese dream”simultaneously from the aspects of ideological purity, organization purity, style purity and cadres’ diligentand honest and many other aspects to achieve great achievement in the Party building task. Therefore,further study of the thought about the Party’s purity construction is of great significance.This paper is divided into5chapters:The first chapter is an introduction of the basic connotation of the purity construction of the rulingParty. The basic connation is the fundamental theoretical problem in understanding the purity of theparty construction thought.The second chapter is the necessity of the Party’s purity construction from the theory perspective andpractice perspective.The third and fourth chapter is a discussion of the significant and basic approach of the purityconstruction of CPC. Demonstrate the purity construction from four aspects: the risk of long-termgovernance, the challenge of market economy, the objective necessity of the reform and opening up policy,the realistic requirement of the external environment. In order to maintain and strengthen the purityconstruction of the Party, the basic path is to constantly improve the Party’s self-purification ability andcarry out normalized work of keeping purity.The fifth chapter is explanation of CPC’s exploration on purity construction. According to the currentdomestic and international situation and changes in the Party’s situation we are facing with, we shouldconstantly sum up the experience and finally explore a road of purity construction with CPC’scharacteristics.更多还原
