【摘要】 进入21世纪，在国际“教育行动研究”的影响下，基于自身教育教学改革的需要，我国也兴起了教师小课题研究的浪潮。教师小课题研究隶属于行动研究，此研究注重教师的专业发展，从解决教师教育教学实践中的问题入手，试图对传统的教师专业发展模式进行完善与补充。近年来，我国各地中学开始与研究者合作开展小课题研究的有益尝试，达到教育理论与教育实践的融合，这种研究作为推动我国教育改革和学校变革的重要手段之一，作为促进当代中国教育理论发展和中学教育实践变革的有效途径之一，需要我们深入的思考和探究。本研究是基于理论与实践相融合的视角分析研究者与中学教师如何合作开展小课题研究才更具持久性和生命力。本论文首先从理论层面着手，对教师小课题研究的相关核心概念、特点和价值及研究的针对性和可行性进行了阐述，考察当下小课题研究的现实状况并结合对开封市某中学教师的访谈分析教师小课题研究目前存在的问题及成因，强调有效的小课题研究需要各方共同合作；其次在总结分析已有经验与教训基础上尝试提出小课题研究的有效性对策：明确角色定位和价值追求，建立切实有效地研究机制保障合作的有效开展，实施发展性的教师评价制度，开展多种形式的切合教师需要能解决教育教学实际问题的培训，研究者要以务实的态度深度介入实践等。最后总结教师小课题研究的成效，以及给中学教师、中学学校和研究者带来的提升。本研究运用文献法对教师小课题研究的理论层面进行了梳理和概述，其次采用访谈法，了解和分析中学教师在小课题研究过程中所遭遇的问题和困境。最后，通过对访谈结果的反思，提出了自己的关于研究者与中学小课题合作研究要持久有效开展可采取的策略，以期能够对当前我国中学学校与研究者合作开展小课题研究提供可行的参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 When we enter the21st century, our country has started a wave of teachers’ small research based onthe needs of the education reform under the influence of the international education action research.Teachers’ small research belongs to the action research, which focuses on teachers’ professionaldevelopment. The research begins from solving the problem of teachers’ teaching practice, and attempts toimprove the traditional pattern of teachers’ professional development.In recent years, our country’s high schools started to cooperate with university to do small, in order toachieve the fusion of education theory and education practice. This research needs to be further thought andexplored as one of the important means of school change to promote education reform in China and one ofthe most effective means to promote the development of contemporary Chinese education theory and highschool education practice.This research tries to analyze how high school teachers and researchers work together to carry outmore persistent and viable small research from the perspective of combining theory and practice. At first,this paper explains related core concepts, characteristic, value, the pertinence and feasibility of smallresearch from the theoretical level. With studying the present situation of the present small research andcombining with analysis of a middle school teachers’ interview in Zheng Zhou City, this paper tries toanalyze the existing problems and causes of small research and emphasis on cooperation of every parts inorder to do effective small research. Second, on the basis of summarizing experience and lessons, this papertries to find strategies of effective small research: clear role orientation and value pursuit, establisheffective development of security cooperation and implement developed teacher evaluation system, carryout various kinds of relevant teachers need to solve the problem of education teaching training. Researchersneed to intervene in practice with the deeply pragmatic attitude. Finally this paper summarizes teachers’small research results, and enhance of the high school teachers, high school and researchers.By applying the method of literature, this study on teachers’ little research generalizes the theoreticallevel and overview. Second, by using interview method, this study tries to analyze and find what problemsand difficulties that high school teachers meet in the process of small research. Finally, through thereflection to the interview results, this study put forward my own strategies on how researchers and highschool teachers cooperate with each other effectively and viably, in order to provide reference resources to the small research that researchers cooperate with high school in our country.更多还原
