【副题名】以江西省制造业为例

【摘要】 产业集聚是在经济不断增长过程中形成的，随着经济不断增长，产业不断涌现出集聚现象，显示出较强的区域竞争力，并在该地区经济增长中起着关键性作用。据此本文以江西省制造业为研究对象，探讨产业集聚对经济增长的贡献度。文章首先介绍相关的经济增长理论，产业集聚的简单定义及其所带来的规模经济效应，技术、知识溢出效应和持续创新效应，然后从经济总量和产业结构两方面分析江西省近十多年经济增长情况，接着分析江西省28种制造业14年以来的产业集聚情况，经区位熵指数法测算，江西省产业集聚已经存在并呈现继续增长的态势，有色金属冶炼及压延加工业等行业出现高度集聚现象。为了考察产业集聚对经济增长的贡献度，随即构建VAR模型，分别选取典型行业来代表产业集聚和产业不集聚，以经济增长率为因变量，经过脉冲响应函数和方差分解，考察二者对经济增长的贡献度，研究结果表明，不集聚的行业对经济增长的贡献度要远远低于已经形成产业集聚现象的行业，二者的鲜明对比更加肯定产业集聚对经济增长的带动作用。实证分析不仅发现了产业集聚能够为经济增长做出贡献，还可知这种贡献会出现波动，在某个时点可能会出现负作用。基于这些结论，本文给出了提高产业集聚对经济增长贡献度的具体对策与建议，这有利于江西省制造业为经济增长带来更多的规模效应提供参考，还对其他区域的经济增长有一定借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industry cluster formed during the process of economic development. As theeconomy grows, industry cluster emerges, which brings not only strong regionalcompetitiveness, but plays an important role in regional economic growth. This paperwill discuss the contribution of industry cluster to economic growth based on researchon manufacturing industry in Jiangxi province.First, the paper will introduce theories on economic growth, industry cluster aswell as its ensuing scale economic effect, spill effect of technology and knowledge aswell as effect of constant innovation. Then the paper will analyze economic growth inJiangxi province for more than a decade in terms of economic aggregate andindustrial structure. At last, by analyzing industry cluster in28types of manufacturingfor the last14years in Jiangxi province and applying entropy index in calculation, thepaper reaches the conclusion that industry cluster has existed and is still expanding inJiangxi Province，and high industry cluster occur in the manufacturing and processingof non-ferrous metal.In order to observe the contribution of industry cluster to economic growth, thepaper will build a VAR model, by selecting typical industries as representatives ofindustry cluster and industry non-cluster respectively and using growth rate asdependent variable, to research into their separate contribution to economic growth byimpulse response function and variance decomposition. As the result shows,non-cluster industry contributes much less than cluster industry, therefore confirmingindustry cluster’s role in promoting economic growth. According to imperial studies,although industry cluster can contribute to economic growth, but at some point it mayfluctuate and even harm economic growth. Based on those results, the paper offerssome advice, concerning applicable policies on increasing contribution of industrycluster to economic growth, which will bear reference to more scale effect inmanufacturing industry in Jiangxi province and to other regional economic growth.更多还原
