【摘要】 监督是无产阶级政党先进性建设的必要条件。中国共产党历来十分重视监督建设,邓小平同志作为我党第二代领导集体的核心,在马克思恩格斯、列宁、斯大林、毛泽东等提出的一系列有关党的监督思想的前提下,紧紧围绕我国改革开放实际,丰富了其监督思想,提出中国特色的监督理论。邓小平监督思想主要包含了加强党内监督、人民群众监督和党外团体的监督。党内监督的思想所涉及的范围十分广泛,所蕴含的内容也相当丰富,它主要包括为什么对党及党员进行监督,以及监督的重要性；通过哪些途径对党及党员进行监督；专门设立的监督机构在党内地位的重要性。党内监督这一宝贵的思想财富是邓小平同志通过长期的革命实践总结出来的,他认为这是我党的党风廉政建设以及反腐败工作的关键环节。人民群众监督的多种方式,包含了信访、举报、弹劾、罢免、对话协商和舆论监督等多种形式,其中信访举报已初步形成了制度并且实施的比较好,其他的方式仍不能实现它的普遍性和制度化,距离现代法制要求和社会发展有很大的距离,因此文章重点陈述了邓小平同志针对几个方面来完善人民群众监督问题的相对应政策,从而更好地发挥人民群众监督对民主社会的重要作用。党外团体监督的必要性、重要性以及监督渠道的完善和开发都进行了相关论述,作为民主监督,不仅是我国监督体制的重要部分,也是充分发挥人民政治协商和民主党派监督功能的政治基础,这有利于推进社会主义政治文明的建设。与其同时,它也限制了权利的运行,有利于提高我党的执政能力和水平。开展邓小平监督思想的研究工作,有利于新时期党的建设以及社会主义民主政治的发展。本文分析了邓小平监督思想的形成、发展,对邓小平监督思想的主要内容、理论价值和实践价值进行了分析,并展望了邓小平监督思想的发展方向,如促进监督制度化建设持续创新、促进监督法律法规执行力提升、推进党内监督结构优化调整、形成多方监督合力等等。这些内容有助于系统了解邓小平监督思想,促进我党科学化建设,为党的建设提供理论指导,开创中国特色社会主义政治文明建设历史新纪元。更多还原
