【摘要】 供应链管理是一种战略性的经营活动。涉及从原始农作物原料到最终消费品全过程的上、下游企业所构成的产品增值链条。在新疆农产品供应链中农业产业化龙头企业（下简称：农业龙头企业）是核心企业，对新疆农产品整体竞争中起着关键作用，引导着供应链有序、高效运作。农业龙头企业必须对供应链物流和信息流进行有效系统管理，因此，要增强供应链整体效能，农业龙头企业必须专注于自身供应链管理水平的提高。本文使用SCOR模型对企业供应链进行图形描述，在实际财务数据基础上，根据供应链理论，对供应链从采购、生产、配送、退货进行环节实际实施情况的介绍，找出环节中存在的问题，提出改善建议，达到优化供应链，提高农业龙头企业管理效能目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, Supply chain management, which involves product increment chainsconstituted by upstream and downstream enterprises ranging from raw materials to final consumergoods production, is a strategic business. It plays a key role in Xinjiang agricultural productsupply chain, and leading to an efficient and well-organized movement of supply chain. Leadingenterprises must carry on systematic and efficient management to supply chain logistics andinformation flows. Thus, leading enterprises must concentrate on management level in order toimprove the holistic efficiency of the supply chain. In this study, SCOR model was utilized todescrib enterprise supply chains graphically. The actual condition of procurement, production,distribution and return were introduced based on actual financial data and the theory of supplychain. Moreover, in purpose of optimize the supply chain and increase the efficiency of theenterprises, the problems in the links were proposed and the improve suggestions were presented.更多还原
