【摘要】 由2007年美国次贷危机引起的全球性金融危机一波未平,欧洲债务危机一波又起,这使得对世界经济二次探底的担忧始终未能消除,也使得人们需要重新审视经济增长与金融发展的关系。国外学者对该领域的研究起步较早,理论研究趋于完善,实证成果较为丰富。国内学者结合我国实际数据进行实证研究的比较多,且大多集中在国家层面和发达省份的层面上。近年来,吉林省经济和金融增长速度较快,但起步晚、基础较差,整体发展较为滞后。由此考虑选择将吉林省作为研究对象,以期对今后发展提出建议更具现实意义。本文现从理论方面,分析吉林省金融发展与经济增长之间的影响关系。通过收集吉林省金融和经济发展的实际数据,对其进行趋势分析,总结发展的特点,归纳制约发展的因素和问题。另一方面,从实证角度,选取经济增长、金融业整体、银行业、保险业、证券业等相应指标,利用VAR模型描述吉林省金融发展与经济增长之间的影响关系。Granger因果关系检验分析指标间的因果关系,利用脉冲响应函数表达指标受到冲击时对整个系统的影响,用方差分解定量分析指标对经济增长的贡献度。结合两方面结论,从促进金融创新、提高金融体系市场化程度、促进省内金融机构均衡分布等角度提出建议,希望通过推动吉林省的金融发展能对经济增长做出更大的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The global financial crisis caused by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis in2007had barely subsided, when the European debt crisis arose. It makes us worry about the second bottom of the world economy worse and worse. In the meanwhile, it also makes us re-examine the relationship between economic growth and financial development in order to correctly comprehend and properly handle their relationship.Foreign scholars started to research earlier in this field, so the theoretical research tends to perfection and the pirical results is abundant. Combing with actual data Chinese scholars have more empirical research, and most of them are on the level of nation and developed province.In recent years, even though the economic and financial grow fast in Jilin Province, but the growth started late with the poor foundation, so the overall development is not prosper. Considering the option this paper selects Jilin province as the research object, to make recommendations or the development of on the future. This papers uses two aspects:situation analysis and empirical analysis. On the one hand, the papers analyses the growth’s trend, and summed up the development characteristics to find out the factors restricting or the problems.Empirical research on the other hand, the paper use VAR model to describe the relationship between financial development and economic growth in Jilin Province, selecting appropriate indicators of economic growth, banking, insurance and securities. Granger causality analysis of causal relationship between the index. Use the impulse response function to effect the expression of the whole system when indicators received the impact. Use the variance decomposition analysis index’s contribution to economic growth. Combining two conclusions, make a suggestion that it is better to prospering the economic growth by promoting financial development of Jilin Province.And the papers proposes solutions from four methods to make finance more developed:promoting financial innovation, improving the financial system marketization. balancing the distribution of the financial institutions in the province.更多还原
