轴瓦冲三孔设备专机整机设计

【摘要】 随着近年来汽车行业的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,汽车的拥有量也在逐年有新的突破,在当今这种形势下,为了适应汽车行业的迅速发展所带来的产量的提高,我们公司于2011年进行了多方面的技术革新,革新的主要目的就是要不断的提高生产效率以满足目前汽车市场的需求。本篇论文主要对于传统的产品生产方式与创新后的机械自动化方式相比较,显示出了具有高度智能化的特征是现代机械和传统的机械在功能上的本质区别,同时,根据自动化设备在我们公司内部的应用和发展,显现出了机械自动化设备的优点和效益,即多功能化、高效率、高可靠性、节省能源等特点,不断满足人们生活和生产多元化需求。文章从系统的观念出发,综合运用机械技术、微电子技术,自动化技术,及过控技术在汽车配件生产当中的应用,着重例举了汽车发动机滑动轴承生产过程当中冲油孔工序的最佳加工方案,提出了过程自动化控制今后的主要目标,指明了机械设计制造及其自动化的发展方向。全文按照整机设计的基本流程,经过对比与论证,选择并使用了正确的工艺路线。首先,对于整体结构进行了设计与论证,其次,对于所有的部位进行了详细的描述,例如,上料机构、自动冲孔机构即核心部件的设计与校核、下料机构、冲孔胎具调整部分、PLC电气控制部分等均采用计算公式、图纸以及图片的形式进行了详细的介绍,最后通过专业的软件,绘制出了冲孔胎模具部分的三维图,并对冲头和冲孔座进行了有限元的分析。本设备自动化程度高,冲孔自动完成加工,生产效率高,可以单机运转,此设备是集机、液、气、光、电、磁于一体的自动化加工设备。由PLC进行控制,可实现从轴瓦输送、冲孔、倒角、卸料全部自动化生产的组合机床,同时结合触摸显示屏幕,除对设备运行进行监控外,还可以对设备故障进行诊断,效率高。经过现场的装配与使用方面的验证,至今已使用一年多,设备加工质量稳定,安全可靠,自动化程度高,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,便于组线作业,去掉去刺工序,节省了人力和财力,已经达到了最初的设计目的。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this thesis is mainly to compare automated productionmachinery for the production of traditional products and innovation, showingthe characteristic with high intelligence is the essential difference betweenmodern machinery, and the traditional mechanical functions at the same time,according to the development and application of automatic equipment in ourcompany, showing the advantages and benefits Machinery automationequipment, multi function, high efficiency, high reliability, save energy, andcontinuously meet the people’s life and production diversification demand. Thisthesis begins from the idea of the design of mechanical system, the integrateduse of the application of mechanical technology, microelectronics technology,automation technology, and process control technology in the automobile partsproduction process, emphasizes the best oil hole machining process ofautomobile engine bearing production process, the main goal of processautomation control in the future development, points out the developmentdirection of mechanical engineering and automation. According to the basicprocess of machine design, by comparison and demonstration, select and usetechnology correctly. Firstly, the overall structure of the design anddemonstration, secondly, for all the parts are described in detail, for example,feeding, automatic punching mechanism is the core components of the designand check, feeding mechanism, punching mould adjusting part, PLC electriccontrol part adopts formula, drawings and pictures form in detail, theprofessional software, draw out the three-dimensional map of punching moldpart, and the punch and the punch holder for finite element analysis. The highdegree of automation equipment, punching automatic processing, highproduction efficiency, can be stand-alone operation, this device is automaticprocessing machine, liquid, gas, light, electricity, magnetic in one. Controlledby PLC, can be achieved from bearing conveying, punching, chamfer,unloading machine of all automated production, combined with the touchdisplay screen, in addition to the monitoring of the equipment operation, canalso be used for the diagnosis of equipment faults, high efficiency. Afterverification of assembly and use the scene, has been used for more than a year,equipment processing quality is stable, safe and reliable, high degree of automation, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improves the productionefficiency, convenient group line, remove the deburring process, savemanpower and financial resources, has achieved the design goal initially.
