【摘要】 如今我国经济已经进入了另一个快速发展的阶段，乡镇、城市的统筹在稳步地推进，有这样一个群体，他们为我国的社会经济进步作出了卓越的贡献，城市化、现代化、工业化的每一次成果都有他们辛勤耕耘的奉献，这就是——农民工！近年来，由于社会制度变迁，农民耕地逐渐减少，并且随着高科技在农业中广泛运用，使得农民的生产效率大大提高，在这样的背景下，农民工大量迁移到城镇来，加入到城市建设当中去，随之也产生了农民工的养老保障问题，如今农民工的养老保障已不再是农民工自身的问题，而是全社会关注的焦点。解决农民工的养老保障问题，在构建和谐社会的进程中，关系到社会公平正义，以及稳定和谐，并影响着我国城乡统筹目标最终的实现。本文从农民工参与商业养老保险这一问题入手，以沈阳市的农民工作为研究对象，基于前人已有的研究成果，从农民工的特征以及需求的角度来设计调查问卷，通过实际的调查访谈得到相应数据，并对数据进行分析，得到影响研究问题的主要因素，在得出的相关数据结果的基础上，进一步阐释影响农民工参保的显著因素，并针对参保过程中出现的问题提出建议。本文共由四个部分组成：一是绪论，该部分阐述了本文的选题背景及意义，确定了研究思路及方法，并对相关概念进行了界定及假设，同时说明了本文的创新点与不足。二是对问题的实证研究，通过调查结果以及研究资料，初步分析了当前沈阳市内的农民工参与商业养老保险存在的问题。三是利用Logistic模型对调查数据进行统计分析，得出影响参保的显著因素。四是通过分析研究结果，对本文研究问题提出一些政策性建议，应该让农民工、商业保险公司以及政府三方面有机结合起来，共同使商业养老保险发挥更大的社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now our country’s economy has entered another rapid development stage，as awhole towns and cities are in steadily forward, there is a group which has madeoutstanding contributions for our country’s social and economic progress, they devotethemselves to every achievement of China’s urbanization, modernization andindustrialization, that is, the migrant workers! In recent years, due to the social systemchanges, farmers’ arable land gradually reduced, and high technology is widely used inagriculture, increase the rural surplus labor and a large number of migrant workerscome to work in cities, so the old-age security problems of migrant workers hasbecome increasingly prominent, and this has not only caused our country’s great attach,but also became a focus of research from all sectors of society. In the process ofbuilding a harmonious society, to solve the problem of the old-age security of the ruralmigrant workers, relates to the social equity, justice, stable and harmonious, therealization of the goal also affects our country’s urban and rural areas as a whole.In this paper, we start from the question of Shenyang’s migrant workers toparticipate in commercial endowment insurance, based on the predecessors of theexisting research results, design the questionnaire from the perspective of the featuresof migrant workers and the requirements, through the actual investigation andinterview to get the corresponding data, and work out the will of migrant workers toparticipate in commercial endowment insurance and influencing factors through theanalysis of data. In conclusion, on the basis of relevant data, we make further stateabout the significant influence factors of affecting the migrant workers to participate inthe commercial insurance, at last make relevant suggestions to the problems of theprocess to join in the commercial endowment insurance. This paper consists of fiveparts: the first sector is the introduction, this part elaborates the background of thetopic and the significance of this article, determines the conceptual framework and theresearch method, defines the related concepts and assumptions, at the same timeillustrates the innovations and deficiencies of this article. The second part is theempirical study of the problem, preliminary analysis the current problem of migrantworkers to participate in the commercial endowment insurance problems in Shenyangcity through the survey and research data. The third part is to use the Logistic model toanalyze the survey data for statistical analysis, to explore the significant influencefactors of migrant workers to participate in the commercial endowment insurance. The fourth part is to put forward some policies and suggestions to the research question forthis article based on the analysis of the results of the study, the author thinks that weshould let the three aspects of migrant workers, commercial insurance company andthe government become into one part, to create a good environment for thedevelopment of the migrant workers commercial endowment insurance.更多还原
