光伏发电对配电网谐波的影响分析

【摘要】 近年来,世界各国竞相发展绿色可再生能源,太阳能凭其独特的优点倍受青睐。其中,光伏发电更是倍受关注。随着光伏组件价格的不断降低和光伏技术的快速发展,光伏发电的系统容量和变换设备的转换效率不断增加,太阳能光伏发电系统将逐渐由现在的补充能源向替代能源过渡。与此同时,随着智能配网的逐步建设,人们对低压配电网中电能质量的要求越来越高。基于此,本文从减少光伏发电系统对配电网影响为出发点,以光伏发电系统发电并网的电能质量作为研究目标,研究了谐波源检测方案。这对电网污染治理有着指导意义。本文以一个完整的光伏并网发电系统作为对象进行认真的研究,重点针对以下几个方面做了十分详细的理论分析与仿真研究。首先,论文介绍了配电网中谐波的主要来源,根据调度规程,给出了光伏系统详细的并网要求,并结合实际阐述了谐波对配电网的影响。然后,通过建立光伏发电系统中光伏电池的仿真模型分析了常见光伏组件的输出特性,并进一步分析了光伏发电系统对配电网电压、频率、谐波影响机理所在。最后,基于谐波源检测理论,对杭能6MW光伏系统与110kV渔桥变10kV母线并网运行后谐波的影响做了详细的数据分析,进行了仿真验证,开发了相应的谐波检测装置,并应用于实际。
【Abstract】 In recent years, every country in the world pays more attention to develop the green and renewable energies. Solar energy with its unique advantages is popular in the world. Among them, photovoltaic power generation gets the world’s attention. With the lower price of the photovoltaic component as well as the development of photovoltaic technology, the capacity of the solar photovoltaic power generation system and the efficiency of the transformation equipment conversion increase ceaselessly. Solar photovoltaic system will be regarded as a kind of alternative energy sources in the future rather than an added energy at present. With the building of the intelligent distribution network, people have an increasing demand on the power quality of the low voltage distribution network.Based on this fact, in order to reduce the effects of the photovoltaic power generation system on distribution network, this paper takes the power quality of the photovoltaic powqr system power grid as the research target, and tries to research a harmonic source detecting scheme, which has significance in the grid pollution control. This paper also takes a complete PV grid-connected generation system as the research object, and focuses on the following aspects to make the detailed analysis and simulation studies:Firstly, the paper introduces the distribution network harmonic sources, and according to the dispatching rules, it also gives some detailed grid-connected photovoltaic system requirements. Meanwhile, combined with the fact, the paper elaborates the harmonic effects on distribution networks.Secondly, this paper does a theory analysis of the photovoltaic system solar cell modeling. As the simulation model is established, the writer analysis the output characteristics of the common component of photovoltaic. According to the model, this paper gives a detailed analysis about the mechanism of the influence of the photovoltaic power generation system on the voltage, frequency, and harmonic in the distribution network.Finally, based on the theory of the harmonic source detection, the writer does a detailed analysis of the data on the influence of harmony after the parallel operation of the Hangneng’s6MW photovoltaic system and110kV Yuqiao Substation’s10kV, and meanwhile, the data analysis is validated by simulation.
