南宁市跆拳道俱乐部经营现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】 摘要：社会经济的发展,促进了居民生活水平的提高,人们有了更多的余暇时间和经济基础进行休闲娱乐,同时,社会发展进程的加快给社会群体带来的文明病、城市病使人们开展更为注重身体的锻炼,他们也希望自己的下一代有一个健康的身体以适应这个快速发展的社会,“花钱买流汗”的观念逐渐深入人心。跆拳道作为一项全球性体育武道项目近几年逐渐风靡全球,其价值性和优秀性逐渐被人们所接受,逐渐为健身群体健身项目选择的重要内容之一；社会转型期,体育培训市场的发展也是在摸索中前行,而跆拳道项目表现出的发展强势逐渐被体育培训市场所看好,其作为一项流行性的奥运会运动项目,技术入门简单,不仅蕴含了丰富的技击战术,而且能达到修身养性、磨炼意志、振奋精神的目标,同时,跆拳道运动在凝聚民族精神、发扬民族风格、提升民族凝聚力、培养人们自强不息、展现厚德载物的文化内涵、促进以和为贵的谦虚品质形成方面能发挥重要的作用。南宁市作为广西壮族自治区的首府,广西第一大城市,北部湾经济区核心城市,近几年来经济发展迅速,群众的健身观念逐步提高,相关的跆拳道俱乐部以及跆拳道产业链逐步步入正轨,但是我们也应该看到虽然南宁市的跆拳道学习群体逐渐壮大,但与之不相称的是跆拳道俱乐部很多处于一种随意性、松散性的现状,如果不进行规范运作,创造新跆拳道培训市场,其可持续发展会受到限制,如何促进南宁市跆拳道俱乐部的可持续发展,成为摆在体育科研工作者面前的问题。基于上述现状,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对南宁市跆拳道俱乐部发展现状、南宁市跆拳道俱乐部学员现状、南宁市跆拳道俱乐部教练员队伍现状、南宁市跆拳道俱乐部经营现状进行调研,并得出以下结论：影响南宁市跆拳道俱乐部发展制约因素有：(1)俱乐部硬件设施较差；(2)社会对跆拳道的认可度不高；(3)教练员队伍的整体素质偏低与师资力量薄弱；(3)主管部门混乱造成政策法规不健全；(4)升级考核收费标准混乱；(5)跆拳道市场主体制度不完善等。促进南宁市跆拳道俱乐部发展的对策：(1)改善并整合利用跆拳道硬件资源,促进跆拳道俱乐部综合环境提高；(2)充分利用社会相关资源,加强对跆拳道俱乐部的宣传；(3)加强师资队伍建设,提高教练员执教水平；(4)完善俱乐部相关制度,促进俱乐部健康发展；(5)成立跆拳道监管部门,完善跆拳道俱乐部管理体系；(6)规范收费标准,使跆拳道俱乐部收费标准透明化。更多还原

Tae kwon do as a global sports budo project in recent years gradually became popular in the world, its value property and good sex gradually accepted by people, the current gradually for the fitness group fitness project choose one of the important contents of; The social transition period, sports training the development of the market is in the dark forward, and the development of taekwondo project show strong was gradually sports training market, its value as an epidemic of Olympic sports, technology introduction difficulty is simple, not only contains the rich combat tactics, and to cultivate one’s morality raises a gender, temper, revivify goal, at the same time:taekwondo in condensed the national spirit, carry forward the national style, promote national cohesion, cultivating people strive constantly for self-improvement, the principle of the cultural connotation, and promote harmony modesty quality formation can play an important role.Nanning City as the capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the city of Guangxi, the core city of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, rapid economic development in recent years, the concept of fitness and gradually improve, relevant and Taekwondo Taekwondo club chain gradually on the right track, but we should also see that although the Nanning’s Tae kwon do learn population expands gradually, but not commensurate with the Taekwondo Club is many in a random situation, loose, if not for the standardized operation, create the new Taekwondo training market, the sustainable development will be restricted, how to promote the sustainable development of Nanning City Taekwondo Club, becomes suspends in front of the sports scientific research worker problem. Based on the above situation, this article uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other methods of Nanning City, taekwondo club development present situation, Nanning City Taekwondo Club student status, Nanning City Taekwondo Club status quo of coaches, Nanning City Taekwondo club management present situation investigation, and draw the following conclusion:Nanning tae kwon do club influence factors that restrict the development of:(1) The club hardware facilities is bad,(2) The approval of social tae kwon do is not high,(3) Coaches’overall quality is low and weak teaching force,(3) Departments chaos caused by policies and regulations is not sound,(4) Upgrade assessment fee standards chaos,(5) Taekwondo market main body system is not perfect, etc.To promote the development of nanning tae kwon do club countermeasures:(1) Improve and integrate the use of tae kwon do hardware resources, promoting the tae kwon do club to improve comprehensive environment;(2) Make full use of social related resources, to strengthen the publicity of tae kwon do club;(3) Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, improve the coaches teach level;(4) Improve the club related system, and promote the healthy development of the club;(5) Was founded taekwondo supervision department, perfect the tae kwon do club management system;(6) Standard charge standard, make the tae kwon do club fees transparent.更多还原
