基于DSP的太阳能游览船舶能量管理系统研发

【摘要】 21世纪能源和环保问题一直是人们密切关注的重点。太阳能作为一种清洁、无污染和永不衰竭的可再生能源之一,必将成为能源领域的研究热点,也是国家实现可持续发展战略的重要内容。太阳能游览船舶以其无污染,噪声低等优点而越来越受到水上旅游业的青睐,作为发展太阳能游览船舶关键技术之一的能量管理系统,是实现太阳能游览船舶安全可靠、高效率运行的关键。本文设计了以TMS320F2812DSP为核心控制器的太阳能游览船舶能量管理系统,并介绍了系统的设计思想及实现方法。首先,介绍了光伏发电技术、光伏发电系统组成模块及各个模块的作用,分析光伏发电系统在船舶应用中存在的关键问题以及在游览船舶应用的可行性。针对太阳能游览船舶的实际需求设计了基于直流母线方式的分布式太阳能游船电力系统网络拓扑结构,并基于船舶运行的实际工况提出了能量管理控制策略。其次,分析了太阳能游览船舶能量管理硬件系统的总体设计方案。设计了基于DSP的数据采集单元,主要实现了对电池组整体电压、单体电压、温度和太阳能发电系统、电力推进系统电压、电流的数据采集。设计了游船数据通信系统,采用CAN总线技术与串口通信相结合的方式,将系统采集到的数据利用CAN总线传输到主控制器TMS320F2812DSP,再通过主控制器串口通信接口RS-232,利用Modbus协议将数据上传到上位机MCGS监控系统。最后,对太阳能游船能量管理系统的软件编程部分进行了介绍,主要包括电压、电流、温度采集程序设计,CAN总线通讯软件设计、DSP与上位机MCGS通信程序设计,以及利用MCGS组态软件对能量管理监控系统设计。通过实验平台的搭建以及系统运行,实验数据结果验证了该能量管理系统满足设计要求,并证明了设计思想的可行性。
【Abstract】 In twenty-first Century, the issues of energy and environmental protection have beencaused close attention by people. Solar energy as one of a clean, non-polluting and renewableone everlasting energy, which must be become a hot topic in the field of energy research, but alsoachieve the important content of the sustainable development strategy in countries. With theadvantages of no pollution, low noise, and so on, solar sightseeing ship has become more andmore popular in the water tourism industry. As one of the key technologies of solar sightseeingship, the energy management system is the key to realize safe, reliable and high efficiencyoperation of the solar sightseeing ship. Therefore, the solar sightseeing ship energy managementsystem is designed with TMS320F2812DSP as the core controller, and the design concept andimplementation way of the energy management system are described.Firstly, the technology of photovoltaic power generation, the composition module ofphotovoltaic power generation system and the function of each module are introduced, and thenthe key issues of photovoltaic power generation system in ship applications and the feasibilitiesof photovoltaic power generation system in the sightseeing ship applications are analyzed.Aiming to the actual demand of solar sightseeing ship, the power system network topology isdesigned based on the distributed DC bus, and the power management control strategy isproposed on the base of solar sightseeing ship actual working conditions.Secondly, the overall design schemes of the solar sightseeing ship energy managementhardware system are analyzed. The data acquisition unit is designed based on DSP, it is mainlyachieved the data of overall battery pack voltage, cell voltage, temperature and solar powersystem, electric propulsion system voltage and current collection. CAN bus technology and thecombination of serial communication are used to design the sightseeing ship data communicationsystem. This paper that using CAN bus transfer the data acquisition system collected data to themain controller TMS320F2812DSP and then through the main controller’s serialcommunication interface RS-232that using Modbus protocol to upload data to the monitorsystem of MCGS.Finally, the software programming part of the solar sightseeing ship energy managementsystems are introduced, it is mainly including the acquisition data of voltage, current andtemperature acquisition program design, CAN bus communication software design, DSP andTouch screen MCGS communication program design, and the energy management control system is designed by using the MCGS configuration software. It is proved that the managementsystem to meet the design requirements and verify the feasibility of the design ideas through theconstruction of experimental platform, system operation and the experimental results.
