【摘要】 中国作为一个农业大国,农业资源匮乏,农业跨国投资以获取和充分利用世界各地的农业资源显得非常重要。本文介绍了中国农业投资的现实背景、理论及现实意义。介绍了农业资源、战略联盟、跨国并购等相关概念,对研究农业跨国投资影响因素的文献进行梳理,在总结国内外相关文献的前提下,对农业跨国投资的理论研究作详细的综述和评论。结合跨国投资理论和我国国情,分析我国农业跨国投资意义,现状以及存在的问题。说明了浙江农业跨国投资的典型意义。通过交易成本理论、资源理论、博弈论和价值链理论比较战略联盟与并购之间的异同。本文假设相关企业的行业异同、产品关联度、实力对比、文化差异、国际化经验和投资企业资金结构六大因素是影响跨国投资模式的主要因素。针对这六个因素,建立二元Logit模型,用浙江省农业厅农业跨国投资企业的数据来检验这六个因素对企业跨国投资模式选择的有效性。本文选取浙江省有代表性的农业跨国投资的案例来验证前文模型得出的结论。最后,基于上述分析做出总结,说明跨国公司在不同条件下如何选择跨国投资模式。本文的研究有利于推进中国农业结构调整,加快农业企业向境外延伸和转移。对全球农业资源的挖掘,农产品的进出口,对我国的粮食安全也具有一定的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a huge agricultural country, China doesn’t have enough agricultural resources. Agriculture’s transnational investment becomes very important so as to gain and make full use of global agricultural resources.This paper illustrates the background and meaning of transnational agricultural investment. It introduces the concept of agricultural resources, strategic alliance, M&A. It reviews the relevant studies both in China and foreign counties, analyzes the current situation and problems of China’s agricultural investment and tells why Zhejiang Province is typical when it comes to agriculture’s transnational investment. It compares strategic alliance and M&A with trade cost theory, resource theory, game theory and value chain theory. This paper supposes that industry, product, culture, power, experience, capital structure are the six factors affecting a company’s choice of strategic alliance or M&A. It establishes logistic model of the above six factors and uses data from Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture to test the effectiveness of the supposed six factors. Then, it tested the above statistical result by exemplifying two influential companies from Zhejiang Province. Finally, this paper concludes the previous content and gives advice on how to choose a transnational investment mode in agriculture.This paper is thought-provoking as for Chinese agriculture’s structural adjustment, accelerating the shifting and extending of Chinese agricultural companies. It also gives insights into the discovering of global agricultural resources, import and export of agricultural products, and foodstuffs security.更多还原
