小学课堂师生动机感染及影响因素的质性研究

【摘要】 动机感染是指学生社会认知发展为前提在课堂教学环境下教师与学生动机互相传递的过程。探讨了影响教师教学动机的学生因素和影响学生学习动机的教师因素。在此基础上,说明了教师和学生动机感染的发生过程,阐述了影响过程发生的因素。本文运用质的研究方法对小学课堂进行观察,选取9位老师进行了访谈,获得16小时的访谈录音,形成了6万字的访谈资料和1万字左右的课堂实录记录稿。通过对资料的整理和分析以及相关理论的研究得出以下结论：(1)课堂师生动机感染的表现：良好的氛围、启发式的对话、友好的行为、稳定的情绪。(2)课堂师生动机感染的影响因素：教学环境、课堂投入和自我效能感对其传输路径构成影响。从访谈教师和学生后整理分析得出,良好的教学环境、师生双方的积极投入和师生对自我的认识影响着课堂中师生动机感染的强度。(3)课堂师生动机感染的发生过程：课堂是互动的,所以课堂中师生动机感染是一个双向传递的过程。教师依据学生反馈的线索信息(行为、情绪等)调整自己的教学动机,学生通过社会认知或无意识的进行转化接受,提升自身的学习动机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Motivation contagion is in the classroom teachers’ teaching motivation and process of the students’ learning motivation influence each other. Discusses the factors influencing the teachers’ teaching motivation of students and the teachers’ factors affecting students’ learning motivation. On this basis, the teachers and students motivation contagion process, this paper expounds the factors influencing how the process works.This study uses qualitative method to observe the primary school classroom. Using interview syllabus, this research conducts16hours interview among9teachers. During the research,6-heousand-word research log and1-thousand-word tape-recorded data were collected. Through the data collection and analysis and related theory research to the following conclusion:(1) Classroom teachers and students motivation infection: good atmosphere, heuristic dialogue, friendly behavior, stable mood.(2) Classroom teachers and students motivation infection factors: the influence of teaching environment, classroom and self-efficacy impact on its transmission path form. Teachers and students from the interview after finishing analysis, a good teaching environment, teachers and students both sides of the positive input and the teachers and students awareness of self affects the classroom teachers motivation intensity of infection.(3) Classroom teachers and students motivation infection process: class is interactive, so classroom teacher incentives infection is a two-way transmission process.
