福建省永安市山区休闲农业发展研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着经济社会的快速发展,休闲农业作为一种新型的农业经营模式,已经成为统筹城乡经济发展、充分开发利用农业自然资源、调整和优化农业生产结构、吸纳农村剩余劳动力、促进农村经济发展、增加农民收入与实现农民小康和新农村建设的重要战略措施和有效途径,这对于“三农”问题的解决有着重要的意义。本文通过查阅资料,在对国内外的休闲农业研究现状了解和休闲农业的概念、特征、功能、和重要性进行明确的基础上,通过实地考查,对永安市发展休闲农业的区位优势及自身特点进行分析,结合永安市休闲农业现状,总结出永安市休闲农业具有发展迅速、类型多样化、逐渐形成规模和分布较为集中等基本特点。最后结合永安市休闲农业发展的经济基础、资源开发程度、配套设施及服务、宣传力度等几大制约因素,提出通过政府帮扶、吸引投资、多元化立体化经营等方式推动永安休闲农业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy, leisure agriculture as a new type of agricultural management mode, has become the overall urban and rural economic development, full development and utilization of agricultural natural resources, adjust and optimize the structure of agricultural production, absorbing rural surplus labor, and promote rural economic development, increase farmers’ income and realize well-off farmers, and the new rural construction of important strategic measures and effective way, this solution to "three agriculture" problem has important significance. In this article, through access to information, in the understanding of leisure agriculture research status at home and abroad and the concept of leisure agriculture, characteristic, function, and the importance to clear, on the basis of field test, the YongAn location advantages and characteristics of leisure agriculture development is analyzed, together with the present situation of YongAn leisure agriculture, summarizes the YongAn leisure agriculture has developed rapidly, type diversification, gradually formed the scale and distribution of the basic characteristics such as relatively concentrated. Finally combining YongAn the economic basis for the development of leisure agriculture, resources development degree, supporting facilities and services, publicity and so on several big factors, put forward by the government support, attracting investment, diversification of three-dimensional management mode to promote the development of YongAn leisure agriculture.更多还原
