【摘要】 当今社会的城市化推进速度越来越快,对于城市的建设也愈加频繁,在这过程中,城市面貌获得的很大的改变,城市居民的生活水平得以提高,但所带来的后果就是城市生态环境的破坏以及人们生活压力的增加。农民创业园的建立一方面为市民休闲和娱乐提供了一个大的平台,不但能帮助市民缓解生活压力,舒缓身心,同时还能保护和改善城市的生态系统；另一方面,农民创业园的建立还能推动现代农业发展以及新农村建设,促进农民创业增收,维护社会稳定。论文以国内外相关方面的研究为理论支撑,在对东山县陈城镇进行实地调研的基础上,提出了规划建设的方案。主要的研究结论有：陈城镇的基础设施条件、园区建设条件较好,适宜农民创业园的建设；陈城镇农民创业园建设的主要目标是把陈城镇建设成为主导产业明确、环境质量优良、生态关系协调、技术水平成熟、功能布局合理,具有科学的加工贸易体制和风险保障机制,具有良好的经济发展动力的多功能现代农民创业园；在功能区划分上,可分为高优海产养殖与加工产业区、标准化蔬菜生产示范区、多功能农业观光体验区等3个功能区和乌礁湾休闲渔业长廊、沃角湾休闲渔业长廊、诏安湾休闲渔业长廊、鲍鱼育苗与养殖长廊等4个廊带。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the faster and faster advancing speed of urbanization, the construction of the city has become even more frequent in the process. Though it changes the appearance of the city and improves the urban residents’ standard of living, the environment of the city has been destroyed and the pressure people faced has been increasing. Establishment of farmers pioneer park,on one hand,can provide the public with a large leisure and entertainment platform, not only can help people relieve pressure, soothing, but also protect and improve the ecological system of the city; on the other hand, it can be used to promote the development of modern agriculture and new rural construction, promote entrepreneurship farmers’ income and safeguard social stability.Supported by the dissertation research related aspects of domestic and international, the thesis focuses on the research of the Chencheng town and propose a scheme about planning and construction. The main conclusions of the study are:the well infrastructure conditions of Chen urban is suitable for the construction of farmers’incubators; the main objective of the construction of farmers Pioneer Park in Chan Chan towns town is to become a modern farmers Pioneer Park with the industry distinctive features, ecological relationships coordination environment quality, technical operations smooth, adequate R&D capabilities, features and reasonable layout, distinctive landscape, with mature processing trading system and risk protection mechanisms and with good momentum of economic development; in function zoning, it can be divided into three functional areas. They are high-priority area for mariculture and processing industry, standardization vegetable production and demonstration area, multifunctional agriculture for tourism experience zones.
