【摘要】 “十二五”时期,上海步入了发展转型的新阶段,“四个中心”建设进入了功能提升的关键时刻,经济形态加速向服务经济、发展模式加速向创新驱动转型。制造业是实现现代化的原动力,现代化必须发展先进的制造业。作为上海建设“四个中心”的重要产业支撑,先进制造业的优先发展对于进一步贯彻科学发展观,实施科教兴市战略,坚持走新型工业化道路,加快结构升级具有重要的战略意义。而作为上海的西花园,青浦也积极响应全市号召,顺应新的时代要求,努力发展本区先进制造业,为全市工业经济转型提升推波助澜。本文通过对先进制造业理论和研究的回顾,从根本上区别开先进制造业和制造业,接着采用“由大到小’’、“由粗到细”的方式,先阐述了世界主要发达国家的先进制造业情况,再逐步缩小到中国、上海的先进制造业情况,最后阐述了青浦区的先进制造业现状,同时根据统计的部分制造业数据,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,对青浦先进制造业的现状特征、发展变化趋势以及存在的主要问题、面临的机遇挑战进行深入剖析研究,进而对青浦制造业进一步深化结构调整和加快发展提出相应的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the period of the Twelfth Five-year, Shanghai steps into a new stage of development of transformation, the building of "Four Center" is in a moment of truth, the economic is changing to service and the development model is changing to transformation quickly. Manufacturing industry is the motive power of modernization and the modernization must develop the modern manufacturing industry.As the support of "Four Center" in Shanghai, modern manufacturing industry is important to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development and developing the country through science and education. As the west garden of Shanghai, QingPu responds to the call and complys with the requirements of the times, and trys his best to develop the modern manufacturing industry. The article will distinguish between modern manufacturing industry from manufacturing industry through reviewing the theories and the research of modern manufacturing industry. At the same time,the article is analysing the characteristic and changing trend with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to provide the proposes and suggestions in how to adjust the structure and how to accelerate the development of QingPu.更多还原
