虚拟维修仿真训练系统研究与开发

【摘要】 本文主要研究了虚拟维修仿真训练系统的设计和实现。依托某部队装备维修训练的需求,利用虚拟现实技术,对装备的维修进行了虚拟仿真,为训练学员、老师等提供了一个非沉浸式的虚拟维修软件训练环境。论文中对软件实现过程中的一些关键技术问题进行了研究和探讨。首先对维修特点、维修过程虚拟仿真实现的内容进行了分析。提出了虚拟维修仿真训练系统需要实现的功能以及对软件系统的结构框架进行了设计。为了让虚拟场景中的维修对象能够满足虚拟操作以及故障仿真的需要,论文中对维修对象信息模型进行了研究和设计,维修对象信息模型中应该包含了维修对象的零部件结构关系、交互操作支持数据,故障仿真等多方面的信息。论文中研究了维修对象拆装序列的规划。以拆装部件的难度为评价标准,建立了基于维修难度的维修对象拆装评价模型,以及设计了最易拆装序列获取的算法。维修对象拆装序列的规划可以满足对虚拟维修拆装训练内容优化以及对基本维修作业虚拟仿真训练进行教学规划的需要。针对虚拟维修过程,采用了基于改进型Petri网技术对其进行描述和建模,并具体分析了怎么把维修过程中的各维修要素以及相互关系映射到改进型Petri网中,还对复杂的维修过程怎么分解成用改进型Petri网基本块进行了研究。最后介绍了用改进型Petri网对主离合器维修过程进行描述的实例。最后,论文还以Virtools,C#作为开发工具对实现某装备虚拟维修仿真训练的软件系统实现情况进行了分析,具体包括软件整体功能结构,装备中主离合器部件信息建模,以及维修过程建模的实现。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the design and implementation of virtual maintenancesimulation training system. Relying on a maintenance training needs of troops andequipment, the use of virtual reality technology, equipment maintenance performedon virtual simulation for training students, teachers, provides a non-immersivevirtual maintenance training software environment. Papers have been studied anddiscussed on some key technical problems from software implementation process.First of all, maintenance features and the contents from virtual maintenancesimulation process were analyzed. Achieve functional that virtual maintenancetraining simulation system needs to is Proposed and structural framework of thesoftware system is designed.For the maintenance of the virtual objects in the scene to meet the needs ofvirtual operating and fault simulation,in paper object information model for themaintenance is researched and designed. Maintenance object information modelshould include the structural relationship between maintenance object parts, a widerange of information and data for interactioning and fault simulation.In Paper it has studied the planning of the maintenance object disassemblysequence, established the evaluation model of the maintenance object disassemblybased on maintenance difficulty and designed the algorithm to get the most easydisassembly sequence. Maintenance object disassembly sequence planning can meetthe dismantling of virtual maintenance training content optimization and the teachingplanning for the virtual simulation training of maintenance work.For virtual maintenance process, it uses the techniques of modified Petri nets tomodel and describe it, and a detailed analysis of how the repair process and therelationship between the various service elements mapped to the modified Petrinets.it also studys that how the complexity of the repair is decomposed based onthe basic blocks of modified Petri nets. Finally.Finally, in the paper it use Virtools, C#as a development tool for achievingcertain equipment virtual maintenance simulation training software systems.specifically including the overall function of the software architecture, the mainclutch parts and equipment information modeling, process modeling.
