【摘要】 城市交通问题已经在我国变成了一个相当棘手的问题。尤其是在近几年,随着社会经济的快速增长,城市交通这个问题凸显的尤为严重,也引起了社会方方面面的关注。也成为专家学者争相分析研究的重大课题。城市交通的良性循环和可持续发展对实现城市功能,促进城市经济社会快速发展具有重要的意义。本文基于介绍国内外城市交通研究现状以及介绍关于研究城市交通问题通常运用的相关理论前提下,总结提出我国城市交通的发展历程,并通过描述我国城市交通发展的现状,引出我国城市交通存在的主要问题和问题形成的背景、原因。在此基础上详细描述了作为甘肃省省会和西北重要的经济、贸易交通中心的兰州市,其道路交通的特征、道路交通的现状以及道路交通管理过程中存在和伴随发生的一些问题。主要体现在兰州随着我国经济的飞速增长,多种多样的出行方式使得交通需求快速增长,致使我市不得不面临严峻的交通问题。本文将通过结合兰州市目前的道路交通状况,利用充分的统计资料和相关研究数据,把兰州市的道路网络结构、机动车的发展趋势、道路交通结构、道路交通的基础设施、道路交通组织结构以及管理水平等不同角度分析了兰州市存在的城市交通方面的主要问题。在上述内容的阐述中,通过运用城市交通问题的相关理论并借鉴国内外及一些城市解决交通问题的方式和方法,明确指出应当把城市交通管理的相关政策法规；改善城市道路网络结构；加强城市交通的基础设施建设；利用先进的科技手段发展智能交通；建立健全的交通管理体制；加强市民对交通安全的认识工作；加强交通管理和执法力度等方面进行全面考虑,将目前较为突出的问题和未来规划结合起来,建立完善可持续发展的城市道路交通管理体系,从而将兰州市的交通运行带入一个良性的循环轨道。本文最后提出一些与兰州的城市交通情况相结合的前提下解决兰州城市交通问题的建议,也希望在今后的研究中能更进一步的解决关于城市交通的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban traffic problem has been turned into a tricky problem in our country. Especially in recent years, with the rapid growth of social economy of urban traffic this is particularly serious, also all aspects of social concern is caused. Also become the important subject of experts and scholars to study. The virtuous circle and sustainable development of urban traffic to realize the city function, promote the city’s economic and social development has the vital significance.Based on the introduction of urban transportation research status at home and abroad, and introduced in this paper about the research on urban traffic problems are usually on the theory of premise, summarizes the development of urban traffic in China are put forward, and by describing the current situation of the urban traffic development in our country, which leads to the main problems of urban traffic in China and problems in the background, cause of formation. On the basis of detailed describes as the capital of GanSu and northwest important center of economy, trade, transportation of LanZhou city, the road traffic characteristics, the current situation of road traffic and road traffic management and associated with some of the problems existing in the process. Mainly reflects in LanZhou as the city’s economic and social sustainable, rapid development, the rapid growth of traffic demand, lead to the traffic problem is becoming more and more prominent.In this paper, together with the present situation of LanZhou city road traffic, and USES the statistical data and the basis of a large number of data, from LanZhou city road network structure and growth of motor vehicles, traffic structure, infrastructure facilities, traffic organization and management level, etc, analyzes the main problems of urban traffic in LanZhou. According to the road traffic conditions and the challenges faced by urban traffic development, pointed out that in order to strengthen the management of LanZhou city road traffic, it is imperative to solve the problem of urban road congestion. In this background, by applying related theory of city traffic problem and and solve the traffic problems in some cities at home and abroad for reference, the experience and lessons, and put forward should be urban transport policy; Optimize the structure of city road network; Development of transport infrastructure; Development of intelligent transportation; Straighten out the traffic management system; Strengthening the traffic safety propaganda education; Strengthen traffic management service and law enforcement and so on comprehensive consideration, to solve the current outstanding problems and long-term planning, establish and improve the measures more pay equal attention to urban road traffic management system, to promote the LanZhou city traffic entered the track of healthy development.Finally, the paper put forward some combined with LanZhou city traffic conditions under the premise of the Suggestions to solve the problem of LanZhou urban traffic, also hope that in the future research can further solve the issue of urban traffic.更多还原
