步进式再加热与热处理控制系统设计

【摘要】 步进式加热炉是冶金工业中的轧钢生产必不可少的关键设备。有效提升加热炉生产效率即利用率是现代冶金轧钢企业提高燃料利用率,节能降耗面临急需解决的主要问题。论文以某无缝管厂加工车间步进式再加热炉为研究背景。管材与半成品管经步进式加热炉加热后进行下一步轧制,步进炉加热所采用的燃料主要为天燃气、高炉煤气等,其电气控制系统采用PLC控制实现,温度控制以PID控制为主。通过采用分时复用的方式提高加热炉的使用效率,即利用轧制生产过程中的较长停顿时间以及轧制设备的检修时间将再加热炉的燃烧形式调节为热处理模式,实施对成品管材的“淬火”或“蘸火”处理提高产品质量及扩大产品种类。步进式再加热炉与热处理炉结构基本相同,控制形式基本相同,造提供了条件。本文设计的加热炉的自动控制系统包括物料传输控制系统和加热工艺过程控制系统两部分,前者包括:按钮、继电器、接触器、限位开关、变频器等以开关量为主,针对现场的电机的运动、液压元件的动作,保证物料的运行,属于电气控制;后者包括:温度采集、流量采集、压力采集等以模拟量为主,保证物料的温度,属于过程控制。本论文构建了基于现场总线的网络化系统方案,采用目前在轧管领域广泛使用的工控机为监测控制上位机,PLC为执行核心,工业局域网络为连接平台的网络化设备管控系统。整个网络体系分为三层:底层是基础设备层,由现场的检测设备、执行设备组成的;中间层为西门子PLC及Profibus总线架构上的信息、指令传输层,由PLC、I/O模块及各类设备的操作站等组成,实施接收现场的检测设备的信息并向执行设备发出动作指令;最高层为上位机控制核心层由工控机以及其它设备组成操作员站(工程师站),基于工业以太网实现对核心的PLC监控,并为更高管理层提供信息接口。本论文进行了软硬件设计工作,对炉膛的燃烧控制中的温度与空气的调节,根据不同的工艺要求采用简单PID、串级双交叉等控制策略,增强了加热系统的稳定性和抗干扰的能力。对现有的设备进行科学的改造使之具备分时复用的能力,且电气控制和过程控制共用一套PLC,大大节约了硬件建设的成本,有效的实现节能降耗和提高产品质量的目标。
【Abstract】 Step type heating furnace of steel rolling is essential production equipment. How toimprove the heating furnace production efficiency is to improve the modern steel enterprisefuel utilization, energy saving face major problems to be solved. Seamless steel pipe plant tubeafter heating for steel pipe rolling and semi-finished tube, stepping furnace tube fuel usedmainly for natural gas or high coke mixed gas, its electrical control system used PLC as thecore, the temperature control with temperature, fuel, air flow series PID control.Based on the processing workshop of a seamless tube plant of walking beam reheatingfurnace as the research background, through the way of time-sharing multiplexing to enhancethe use efficiency of heating furnace, namely the use of maintenance time during production oflonger pause time and rolling equipment will be burning reheating furnace for heat treatmentregulation mode, the implementation of product pipe "quenching" or "quenching" processing toimprove product quality and increase the variety of products.Automatic control system for reasonable according to a seamless tube rolling mill plant ofwalking beam reheating furnace. Walking beam reheating furnace and heat treatment furnacestructure is basically the same, control form is basically the same, provided the conditions forautomation. Automatic control system of heating furnace which comprises a materialtransmission control system and the heating process control system of the former two parts,including: button, relay, contactor, limit switch, frequency converter to the main switch, aimingat the scene of the motor, hydraulic components of the action, ensure material operation andbelongs to the electric control; the latter includes: temperature collection, traffic data collection,pressure acquisition of analog quantity, ensure the material temperature of process control.This design adopts the industrial control computer is widely used in the rolling field formonitoring and control of the PC, PLC for the implementation of the core, the industrial localarea network for network equipment system connection platform. The whole system is dividedinto three layers: layer first is the infrastructure layer is composed of detection equipment, theimplementation of components; second layer is based on information, instruction transmissionlayer PLC and Profibus bus, connected with the I/O module and the operation of the site the site, receiving sensor to send letters, and operating instructions issued to the actuator the thirdlayer; PC control core layer by the operator station, engineer station and other equipment, canbe sent to the PLC control commands and parameters setting, it uses the MPI bus and PLCcommunication, at the same time, it also can be the regional management for the future and themanagement of higher layer provides information interface.This thesis constructed network system scheme based on field bus, and designs thehardware and software of the specific work, adjust the temperature and air combustion controlof furnace in, according to different requirements of the process using simple PID, cascadedouble cross, control strategy, enhances the stability of the heating system and anti interferenceability. The scientific transformation of the existing equipment so that with time divisionmultiplexing capability, and electrical control and process control uses a set of PLC, greatlysaves the hardware construction cost, energy consumption and improve the quality of the targeteffectively.
