基于浮选柱旋流力场作用的颗粒分布规律研究

【摘要】 旋流静态微泡浮选柱近年来广泛应用于煤炭分选及铜、铅、锌、钨、镍、钼、铁、萤石、重晶石等非煤矿分选中。与其他浮选柱相比,其特点是:创新性引入旋流分选机制,但由于浮选柱内的旋流段属于内置旋流器,与一般旋流器相比,它还受到较高的背压的影响,因而对浮选柱旋流段的分选机理还有待进一步研究。论文以旋流静态微泡浮选柱的旋流段作为研究对象,重点研究了旋流力场作用下旋流倒锥和底部倒锥之间颗粒分布情况。首先以石英、磁铁矿、黄铁矿等单矿物进行试验,研究表明:低浓度条件下,石英,磁铁矿以及黄铁矿,在浮选柱旋流力场中的分布规律较为类似。在某一确定的高度下,沿径向由内向外,三种矿物颗粒分布有先变粗后变细的过程。对不同循环压力颗粒粒度分布的研究表明:高循环压力下颗粒的粒度相对于低循环压力颗粒粒度要粗。对不同矿浆高度颗粒粒度分布的研究表明:随着矿浆高度的改变,石英和磁铁颗粒的分布并无明显变化。循环压力的改变比矿浆高度的改变对颗粒影响的程度要大。对石英和磁铁矿这组混合矿物进行颗粒分布试验分析得到:磁铁矿和石英按1:1混合后,旋流段磁铁矿的产率明显小于石英的产率;在同一高度,沿径向由内向外,磁铁矿产率有先下降后升高的趋势;石英和磁铁矿混合后,在同一高度,沿径向由内向外,石英粒度先变粗,后变细,与单矿物的规律是一致。而磁铁矿粒度变化随径向分布较为均匀;在同一径向位置上,随高度增加,磁铁矿和石英的粒度分布规律不明显。对不同循环压力混合矿物颗粒分布研究表明:低循环压力下磁铁矿的产率明显高于高循环压力下磁铁矿的产率。对不同矿浆高度混合矿物颗粒分布研究表明:矿浆高度对混合矿物颗粒分布没有明显的影响。

【Abstract】 Cyclonic static micro-bubble flotation column (FCSMC) has been widely applied inbeneficiation of minerals such as coal, lead, zinc, wolfram, nickel, molybdenum. iron, fluoriteand barite. In this column, a cyclonic separation mechanism is introduced innovatively withsound effect. However, the inner placed cyclone is working in an environment with highbackpressure which is different with normal cyclones, therefore its working principle stillneed further exploration.Separation mechanism of cyclone zone of FCSMC is concerned in this paper byanalyzing the particles distribution rule between the bottom reverse cone and the upper one.Firstly, experiments were conducted with pure minerals like quartz, magnetite and pyriteobtaining the same distribution result. At a certain height, particle size become coarser firstand then finer from the center to the outer wall. The following result shows that, particlebecome coarser with circulating pressure while shows little change with pulp height. Thisshows that circulating pressure influence more on particle distribution than pulp height.Then experiments were conducted with mixed particles of quartz and magnetite in a1:1ratio. A clear trend is that magnetite yield at the cyclone zone is lower than that of quartz.Meanwhile, magnetite yield decreases first and then increase from the center to outer wall.Size distribution of quartz is just the same with that of single quartz minerals while that ofmagnetite show a uniform trend across the radial direction. Also, particle distribution rule ofboth magnetite and quartz shows little change in the axial direction. In conclusion, yield ofhigh density magnetite particle is higher at low circulating pressure than that of highcirculation pressure and pulp height shows little influence on particle size distribution of bothminerals.
