钻孔灌注桩质量控制可拓综合评价法的应用研究

【摘要】 伴随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,工程建设的飞速增长,桩基在高层建筑,桥梁工程中的应用是越来越广泛,在基础处理中占了相当大的比例,其中承载力高、造价成本低、施工简单快捷的钻孔灌注桩被越来越多的工程所应用。与此同时,钻孔灌注桩在工程中的大批应用也表现出许多不足,由于其为隐蔽工程,很难直接确定桩基础的工程质量,一旦出现质量问题,将会严重影响上部结构的安全。因此在桩基的施工过程中我们必须严格控制质量。但目前由于施工单位残次不齐的素质,导致相应的控制措施不是很好,容易造成桩基质量的不稳定,这样对工程质量造成很大的影响,还会增大投资,严重的,甚至会威胁国家和人民的生命财产安全。本论文根据钻孔灌注桩的施工特点,查阅大量相应的资料,首先提出了工程质量控制的理论知识,并论述了工程质量控制的原则和内容。随后对钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺、影响因素、缺陷问题以及钻孔灌注桩施工过程质量控制等方面进行分析和论述,找出影响钻孔灌注桩质量控制的主要原因和影响因素。通过对控制图法、因果分析法、层次分析法、模糊评价法进行分析比较,引出可拓综合评价法。可拓综合评价法是可拓学理论的实际应用形式之一,可将定性进行量化,进行综合评价。本论文通过对钻孔灌注桩施工工艺及影响因素分析,并结合国家相关规范标准和质量控制的相关内容和要求,最终确定19个评价指标。构造可拓综合评价法的数学模型,以郑徐客专徐州特大桥715#-7#的施工情况为实例,对该桩基的质量控制进行评价。随后又选择了2处不同的桩基参数并对其质量控制进行综合评价。最终针对评价结果,提出了该桩基质量控制的相关措施。可拓综合评价法已被较多地应用于各项质量工程的评价中,同样也可以应用到钻孔灌注桩质量控制中。它弥补了仅通过桩基检测来评价桩基质量的不足,将影响桩基质量控制的主要因素进行量化处理,并建立数学模型,具有较强的实际应用意义。
【Abstract】 As China’s rapid economic growth and the rapid development of construction in thebuilding structure,bridges,and more and more attention other projects in the pile. PileFoundation Construction in China occupies a large proportion of low cost,high capacity,construction of simple and quick cast-in-place piles are also a lot of construction projects tobe applied.As the same time, Cast-in-place pile of large-scale use in the project also showed manyshortcomings, the Cast-in-place pile for the hidden project is difficult to directly determinethe result good or bad, and foundations can cause a serious impact on the quality of the upperstructure of the security. So implementation and testing in the piling process, we must strictlycontrol the quality of the pile.As poor of control means,the varying quality quality breakout the budget. It not onlyaffect the project quality of the current construction unit, resulting in unstable of investmentleveland schedule, but also lead to phenomena. Such as it caused to the state and the people’sproperty enormous losses.In this paper, according to the construction features of cast-in-place pile, as while ashaving been read a lot of data, discussing the construction technology of bored pile、defects、influnce factors and construction process quality control. Comparing with the control chartmethods、causal method、AHP、fuzzy evaluation method, then proposed a new method aboutquality control-Extension evaluation method. Through the analysis of the quality control ofbored pile, establish the extension comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. Take ZhengXu High railway for example,No.7pile of715#pier is used to prove the feasibility of theextension comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. At last, evaluate the foundation ofpile quality control and give the improvement measures.Extension comprehensive evaluation is good used in evaluating the quality control inproject management, as well as quality control of bored pile. It makes up for the shortage toevaluate quality through the test of pile foundation. It also has a strong practice atsignificance.
