油藏混合水体积压裂选层技术研究

【摘要】 近年,体积压裂技术在国外实现了致密油等非常规油气资源的开发,改变了世界能源格局,作为一项革命性的技术备受人们关注。针对我国超低渗油藏渗透率低和储层致密的特点,决定采用常规压裂技术形成单一裂缝,以达到增产的效果是很难实现商业开采价值,所以必须开发新型的压裂技术。借鉴国外页岩气体积压裂技术的成功利用,国内提出了体积压裂改造超低渗透油藏的设想,通过本文研究证明,超低渗透油藏经体积压裂后,形成复杂缝网、增大改造体积,不仅初期产量高,而且更有利于长期稳产取得较好的效果。并得出以下结论:1、初步形成了以地层压力、井网特征、储层物性、水驱规律等为基础的六项因素选井标准,并取得较好的效果。2、充分结合井网特征、储层物性、水驱规律及剩余油分布,细化了长4+5、长8,长7油藏为主力实施油藏的选井选层基础条件,明确了各油藏的选井方向。3、结合井网、储层、水线及剩余油分布,合理制定工艺参数,能有效提高措施效果。4、依据合理流压,优化工作制度,确保措施后长期稳产。5、加大裂缝形态研究,提高缝网适配性,达到提高采收率的目的,提高老区的最终采收率。6、拓宽试验范围、优化工艺技术,为油藏治理提供技术保障
【Abstract】 In recent years, the volume of fracturing technology to achieve the development of tightoil and other unconventional oil and gas resources in foreign countries, change the pattern ofworld energy, as a "revolutionary" technology has attracted much attention. According to thereservoir of low permeability and tight reservoir characteristics in China and low permeability,decided to adopt the conventional fracturing technology to form a single crack, in order toachieve the effect of increasing production is difficult to achieve commercial exploitationvalue, fracturing technology development model must be the. Foreign shale gas volumefracturing technology used successfully, China put forward the idea of reservoir volumefracturing ultra-low permeability, this paper proves that, the ultra low permeability oilTripitaka volume after fracturing, forming a complex fracture network, increase thereconstruction volume, not only of the early high yield, but also more conducive to thelong-term stable good. And reached the following conclusions:1. The initial formation of the formation pressure, well network characteristics, reservoir,water flooding, based on six factors well selection standard, and obtained a good effect.。2."Well, combined with the characteristics of reservoir, water flooding and remaining oildistribution," refinement of the Chang4+5, Chang8, wells and Chang7reservoir is the mainreservoir of selected layer foundation condition, defined the direction of each reservoir wells.3. Combined with "well pattern, reservoir, water and residual oil distribution", thereasonable process parameters, can effectively improve the measure effect.4. On the basis of reasonable flowing pressure, optimizing the working system, to ensurethe long-term stable production measures.5. More research to improve fracture morphology, fracture network adapter, to improvethe recovery of the old liberated areas, improve the ultimate recovery.6. Broaden the range test, optimization of process technology, and provide technicalsupport for the reservoir management.
