【摘要】 随着经济全球化进程不断加快，跨语言交际的障碍问题日益显现。因而，翻译人才库的建设必不可少。翻译公司雨后春笋般涌出，许多高校的翻译专业也就应运而生了。然而，高校培养的人才能否适应社会市场需求，这是许多人关心的问题。笔者从这一实际问题切入，采用网络调查法对翻译人才市场进行调查，经过为期6个月时间收集用人单位在智联招聘网上发布的招聘翻译人才广告。本研究中的翻译人才具体指：英语笔译员、英语审校、英语项目经理。具体收集到的招聘广告数量为：英语笔译员310条；英语审校53条；英语项目经理47条。笔者运用广告内容分析法，筛选各职位招聘广告中有关应聘人员素质要求的关键词语，统计关键词语在该职位招聘广告数量中出现的频次。由此得知三种职位对拟聘人员的素质要求。英语笔译员职位要求拟聘人员需具备的主要素质除了基本的学历要求、语言水平要求外，越来越重视工作态度如责任感等要素。英语审校职位将拟聘人员的工作经验作为重点考虑要素，在关键词词频统计中工作经验要素位居第二位，其后是计算机水平，责任感，关注细节、语言水平、团队合作等要素。英语项目经理职位的主要素质要求：学历、工作经验、责任感、计算机知识、关注细节、沟通能力、团队合作能力。本论文的研究成果在多方面具有现实意义。首先，研究成果可为高校翻译硕士专业课程设置提供有益参考。其次，在进修翻译人员、有意在翻译行业从业的人员素质要求培养方面提供参考教材。最后，从长远角度来讲，该研究成果还将有利于提高高校翻译硕士专业研究生的整体培养质量；有利于推动翻译市场从业人员走向职业化、专业化道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economic globalization, the problem in communication in differentlanguages is increasingly serious. Therefore, it is essential that a pool of translation talents be formed.Translation companies have sprouted out, and many universities offered the major of Master of Translation andInterpreting. However, can students of Master of Translation and Interpreting meet the requirements specified bythe market? The problem concerns people.To find the answer to the problem, the author conducted a survey on the field of translation by the Internet,collecting job-offering advertisements for employees in the field of translation on www.zhaopin.com. Theemployees in the research refer to translator, proofreader, and project manager. Their working language isChinese-English and English-Chinese. The number of advertisements for three positions is respectively310,53,and47. The author selected key words of requirements for candidates in the advertisements and calculated thefrequency of key words. As a result, the elements of qualities and qualifications needed by the applicants in threeposts were demonstrated.Elements of qualities and qualifications for translators in the advertisements include degree, Englishlanguage level, as well as responsibility, which is an increasingly important factor considered by employers. Thepost of proofreader requires candidates to have working experience, which is an important factor and is insecond place among factors. The other factors are computer skills, responsibility, attention to details, Englishlanguage level and teamwork skills. The factors of qualities and qualifications for project managers includedegree, working experience, responsibility, computer skills, attention to details, communication skills, andteamwork skills.The result of research in the article is meaningful. Firstly, it provides reference for arrangement of coursesof the MTI. Secondly, it provides good materials for learners in the field of translation, and candidates withintent to work in the circle of translation.
