【摘要】 NS港区是拉动广州港集装箱吞吐量增长的主力军，也是广州港未来发展的核心。NS港区目前已经引入先进的集装箱港口管理理念，借助多家国际著名航运公司成熟的技术与丰富的经验不断拓展新的国际航线，吸引更多箱源到港。但是通过对比NS港区与其主要竞争对手深圳港、香港港2006年到2013年的吞吐量数据，我们发现，虽然这个比例在逐年增加，但是到了2013年，NS港区的集装箱吞吐量只有深圳港集装箱吞吐量的43.8%，只有香港港集装箱吞吐量的45.8%。这样的业绩对于目标要发展成为区域性主枢纽港的NS港区来说是有一定差距的。因此，对NS港区集装箱业务竞争力进行诊断研究，找出影响NS港区集装箱业务竞争力的影响因素并找到解决这些影响因素的对策是非常有必要的。本研究以NS港区集装箱业务为例对港口集装箱业务竞争力进行诊断研究。文章主要采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，通过对广州港内部资料以及相关公开信息进行整理、分析和研究，并对企业相关人员进行访谈并发放调查问卷，目标在于能够客观地评价NS港区集装箱业务竞争力的高低，找出影响NS港区集装箱业务竞争力水平的影响因素并找到如何应对这些影响因素的对策。本研究首先进行了文献回顾，介绍了一些国内外当今关于港口竞争力的一些前沿性研究，归纳了现有关于影响集装箱港口竞争力的影响因素及评价方法。接着重点进行有关NS港区集装箱竞争力的数据收集以及数据分析，对影响NS港区集装箱竞争力水平的指标进行提炼和分析。数据显示，影响NS港区集装箱竞争力水平的指标主要有：港口的区位条件、港区基础建设、物流成本、港口软环境、港口的管理水平、配套服务项目的满足程度这六大方面。而且每一大类指标又可分为若干小指标：港口经济腹地规模大小、港口设备条件、港口作业效率、船舶使费、物流服务水平等21个方面。根据专家评议法，本研究将这些评价指标编制成调查问卷，通过对调查问卷的结果进行分析，评价出NS港区集装箱业务目前的竞争力水平以及与主要竞争对手之间的差距。通过对影响NS港区集装箱竞争力水平的指标及具体影响因素进行分析研究，本研究认为可以通过引进合作伙伴，加强战略联盟；巩固和继续开拓内贸货源；积极发展外贸运输；优化航线结构；拓展货源腹地等措施来有效提升NS港区集装箱业务的竞争力水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 NS port is the main force driving Guangzhou port container throughput growth,and alsois the core of Guangzhou port in the future. NS port has introduced the advanced managementof container port, with the maturity of many famous intermational shipping company’stechnology and rich experience to develop the new intermational routes, attract morecontainer source. But the throughput of data in2006to2013by comparing the NS port to itsmajor competitions in Shenzhen port, Hongkong port,we found that,although this ratioincreased year by year,But in2013, NS port container throughput of Shenzhen port containerthroughput of43.8%only, throughput of Hongkong port45.8%only. This performance is acertain gap between the target to become a regional hub port for NS port. Therefor, thediagnosis of NS port congtainer business competitiveness, factors affecting the NS portcontainer business competitiveness and find solutions to these factors affecting thecountermeasures is very necessary.In this study, NS port container business as an example of diagnosis research on businesscompetitiveness of port container. This paper mainly adopts the method of combiningqualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,through the collation, analysis and research ofGuangzhou port intermal data and related information disclosure, and related personnel of theenterprise enterviews and questionnaires, the target can objectively evaluate NS port containerbusiness compteitiveness, factor affecting the NS port container buinenss competitiveness andfind how to deal with the Countermeasures of thes factors.This study starts with the literrature review, introduces some of today’s home and abroadon the port competitiveness of a number of cutting-dege research,summarizes the existing onthe impact of container port competitiveness evalration index and methods and the possibleinfluece factors. Then focus on the NS container port competitiveness of the data collectionand data analysis, the endexes of the NS container port competitiveness level of extractionand analysis.Data shows, index effcet of NS port competitiveness mainly include: portlocation, port infrastructure, the cost of logistics, port soft environment, port management,value-added services to meet the needs of the extent of these six aspects. And every kinds ofindexes can be divided into several small index: the economic hinterland of port size, portfacilities, port operation efficiency, the ship made21aspects, the service level of the logisticscost, the use of information technology degree. According to the expert evaluation method,this research will these indexes compiled the questionnaire, through the ananysis of the results of the questionnaire, evaluation between NS port container business is the lever ofcompetitiveness and the main rivals.By analyzing the faceors affecting NS container port competitiveness and the specificimpact analysis, this study believes that through the introduction of partnership, strengthenstrategic alliances; consolidate and continue to develop domestic sources; actively developforeign trade transportation; optimum route structure; competitiveness measure extension ofcargo hinterland to effcetively enhance the NS port container business.更多还原
