【摘要】 陆域经济与海洋经济相互依存，互为支撑。海洋经济的发展离不开陆域经济，需要陆域经济的支持，同样地，陆域经济的可持续发展也离不开海洋资源与空间的支持。本文运用系统论、灰色关联模型两种方法定性、定量地对山东半岛蓝色经济区的陆域产业与海洋产业的联动发展进行了分析研究。提升与完善蓝色经济区陆海产业系统，针对存在的问题对山东半岛蓝色经济区的陆海产业联动发展提出一些完善的建议。最后对烟台地区陆海联动展开案例分析。本文第一章首先介绍陆海产业联动内涵、陆域产业和海洋产业的概念，及海洋产业的特殊特点，再者，阐述陆海产业联动的效果与意义。然后基于后文需要，简单介绍一下传统的陆海产业分类方法，并根据传统方法延伸、提出海洋产业新的划分方法及提出的依据；第二章，本文首先以系统论为指导，从系统三个基本特点相关性、多元性和整体性阐述陆海产业联动的系统性质以及产生联动的基本原因，然后对陆海产业联动作用机制进行具体研究。第三章，本文运用灰色关联数学模型，通过定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，探索与海洋主要产业有密切关联的各层陆域产业，从而揭示陆海两大产业系统之间的密切联系。本文的第四章构建蓝色经济区陆海产业系统，并针对系统中存在问题及不完善之处提出完善建议。最后，本文以烟台地区陆海产业联动发展的实际现状与存在问题进行案例分析，对烟台地区更好地实现海洋产业与陆域产业的联动发展提出了一些具体建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land economy and marine economy are interdependent and mutual support, marineeconomy is based on the land economy, and the sustainable development of land economycan’t do without marine resource’s support. This paper uses econometric methods toanalyze the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone′s reciprocal development of landindustry and marine industry. On this basis, for Blue Economic Zone′s reciprocaldevelopment of land industry and marine industry, we will make a number of reasonableproposals.The first part, the thesis sets clear definitions, and explains the conception ofreciprocal development of land industry and marine industry, then describes the definitionof the land and marine industry and the character of marine industry. Followed byintroduction of traditional division method of marine industry and land industry, thenpropose the new classification method of marine industry and explain the reasons. Andfinally we will describe the special features of the marine industry. The second part isbased on the Systemic theory, it expounds the relationships and differences between thetwo industries from relevance, diversity and integrity of the system. And starting from theoverall system, the author will analyze the significance of the reciprocal development ofland industry and marine industry. And then it studies the interactive mechanism of theland and sea industries. This paper argues that the mobility of factors of production as wellas scientific and technological progress is the basic driving force and reason. The thirdchapter, by wielding the gray relational model, and through using quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis, to seek for the layers of which is related with the main marineindustries, and reveals the links between the two industries. Chapter IV of this paper willbuild industrial systems of land and sea industry for Blue Economic Zone and makerecommendations for improving the system problems and imperfections. Finally, anexample of Yantai area, through empirical analysis we will analyze how to achieve themarine industry and the reciprocal development and propose some specific policies andrecommendations.更多还原
