【摘要】 随着经济的发展，经济全球化进程的加速，国外汽车企业日益占据全球汽车价值链中附加值高的位置。虽然我国汽车年销量连续五年排名第一，但其散、乱、弱、小的地位仍未发生根本性的改变，汽车产业的整体发展质量还难尽人意。汽车产业要想得到健康有序的发展，坚持转型升级才是最根本的出路。如今，经济竞争又演变为产业集群的竞争，区域产业集群对一个国家或地区的经济发展有着至关重要的作用。江西省汽车产业集群如何紧跟时代的步伐，以产业升级为导向，发展先进成熟的汽车产业集群，是重要且亟待解决的问题。本文通过对产业升级、产业集群的相关理论的回顾，界定了汽车产业升级的内涵及其与汽车产业集群的关联。接着，在对江西省汽车产业发展整体情况、四大重点汽车产业集群发展历程概述的基础上，分析了我省汽车产业集群发展的优势以及存在的问题。然后讨论了江西省汽车产业升级的目标、发展模式以及运用层次分析法确定江西省汽车产业升级的关键影响因素。最后，根据对江西省汽车产业升级的分析提出了江西省汽车产业集群发展的相应对策与建议，并以南昌小蓝经济开发区汽车产业集群作为典型案例，具体分析了以产业升级为导向的汽车产业集群发展中的相关问题，以求为江西省汽车产业集群的发展提供参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of economic globalization, multinational companiesincreasingly occupy high value-added position in the global auto industry chain.Chinese car sales for five consecutive years ranked first, however, scattered, chaotic,weak, small pattern has not fundamentally changed, the quality of development of theauto industry difficult to live up to expectations. To get healthy and orderlydevelopment, upgrade is the most fundamental way out for auto industry. Thecontemporary international economic competition also is the competition of industrialclusters, local industrial clusters not only constitute the basic space frame worldeconomy, but also often a national and regional competitiveness lies. Jiangxiautomobile industry cluster how tight with the pace of the times, develop into matureauto industry cluster, complete the transformation and upgrading is one of theproblems to be solved.This paper, first introduce the theory of industrial upgrading and industrialcluster, make clear the concept and connotation of industrial upgrading and cluster.Second, make a brief overview of Jiangxi province auto industry developmentstatus and four auto clusters development process, pointed out the advantages andproblems of Jiangxi auto industry cluster. Third, put forward Jiangxi auto industryupgrading goals, development model, and use AHP to identify key factors in Jiangxiauto industry upgrading. Fourth, according to the analysis of the industrial upgradingin Jiangxi province, proposed some countermeasures to develop Jiangxi province autoindustry cluster. At last, example Nanchang Xiao Lan Economic Development Zoneas a typical case, according to its development in the way of auto industrial upgrading,provide inspiration for the development of the automobile industry cluster.更多还原
