【摘要】 教育技术装备工作是指对实施和保障教育教学活动中所需要的教具、学具、器材、设施、场所进行论证、设计开发、购置、应用、管理和维护的过程。而对于以教学仪器设备为主要对象的中小学教育装备工作而言，建立并保持供应商的动态调控机制，确保所采购教育装备质量，是提高其为中小学校教育教学服务的能力和水平的基础。论文首先从X省教育装备产品采购的供配方式背景、机构人员、特点及存在的问题入手，结合国内外研究现状，系统地提出了教育装备采购的供应商动态调控改进建议。以中小学教学仪器设备的供应商为研究对象，提出了基于动态调控管理的供应商确定原则；以此为基础，从供应商的动态评估机制的角度出发，分析了供应商评估重点，并依据供应商的竞争实力，建立了由4个一级评价指标和16个二级评价指标构成的供应商综合评价指标体系，并将评价指标体系应用于具体的评价考核实践，从中提炼出改进和提升教育技术装备采购质量的相关对策。论文研究成果的应用有助于促进中小学校做好教学仪器设备的保障工作，形成一个完善的供应商选择机制，从而达到循序不断地缩短教学仪器设备的开发时间、改进教学仪器设备质量、降低生产成本、缩短交货期、服务快速响应的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Educational technology equipment management refers to design anddevelopment, acquisition, application, management and maintenance of the teachingaids, learning tools, equipments, facilities, places in teaching. Teaching equipmentand instrument is the key point of educational technology equipment management inmiddle and primary school. Thus, to establish and maintain a dynamic mechanism ofsuppliers which can improve the service ability and level of middle and primaryschool is a fundamental task to ensure educational equipment quality.Firstly, this paper analyzes the supply methods, agency personnel,characteristics and problems of educational products and equipment procurement inX province, with current research, systematically proposes some suggestions aboutdynamic mechanism of suppliers. Take equipment suppliers in middle and primaryschool as example, puts forward vendor management principles that based ondynamic regulation; On this basis, from the perspective of a dynamic evaluationmechanism suppliers, focuses on supplier evaluation, and bases on suppliers’competitive strengths to establish a comprehensive evaluation system supplier by thefour-level evaluation and16constitute the second evaluation and evaluation system,which is applied to a specific assessment and evaluation practice, then raise somecountermeasures to improve and enhance the procurement quality of educationtechnology equipment.The research will help to promote the application of]teaching equipment inmiddle and primary schools, forming a perfect supplier selection mechanism, whichwill reduce the development time of teaching equipment, improve teachingequipment quality, reduce production costs, shorten delivery time, etc.更多还原
