【摘要】 21世纪的高校教学管理，已经开始进入了教育信息化的时代。教育信息化时代的主要特点是，高校在具体的教学管理过程中广泛的使用以计算机多媒体技术和计算机网络技术为基础的信息技术，即在学校教学管理中实现教学数字化、教学多媒体化、教学网络化和教学智能化等。教育信息化的目标是使学校教学管理达到一种更高级的教育形态。这种教育形态是具有教学资源的多媒体化、资源内容的全球化、教学方式的个性化、教学环境的虚拟化、学习的自主化、教学任务的合作化和管理的自动化等特点。我国第三代移动通信技术的高速发展，将不断的推动国家政务、商务、教育和农业等各行各业信息化的进程，从而构筑起一个全方位的信息化社会。高校教育信息化作为社会信息化的一个重要组成部分，应该在3G移动通信技术平台的基础上寻找更多的改革和创新，从而全面推进高校的移动学习和数字校园等教育信息化的普及应用。JXGC学院于2012年被国家教育部列为第一批教育信息化试点单位。JXGC学院将以此为契机，积极推进学校教育信息化工作，实现从数字校园向智慧校园的转变，为学校在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承与创新上做出新的贡献。本论文提出了一种基于3G技术的教育信息化建设框架模型。该模型是以校园中的计算机网络和移动通信运营商的网络为基础，以智能手机和PDA等为终端设备的，具有可实时性和可移动性的连接校园网服务器，从而进行移动学习和在线实时交流，使高校达到具有真正意义的教育信息化。本文研究了当前JXGC学院教育信息化建设的现状、存在的主要问题，并对其中的主要问题进行了原因分析，最后给出了相应的对策和建议；同时对当前技术非常成熟的3G技术进行了研究，并将3G技术纳入到教育信息化建设范畴，最后以JXGC学院为例探讨了基于3G技术的教育信息化建设中的优势和存在的不足，并针对不足之处提出了相应的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colleges and universities in the21st century, already entered the era of educationinformatization. Education is the main characteristic of information age, widely usedin the process of specific education in colleges and universities on the basis ofcomputer multimedia and network communication of the information technology, theimplementation on education technology and the digital, multimedia, network andintelligent. The pursuit of education informatization goal is to achieve a moreadvanced education form. This kind of education has resource of multimedia teachingmaterials, teaching of individuation, the globalization of resources content, task,virtualization of cooperatives, environment, learning and other significantcharacteristics of manufacture and management automation.The high-speed development of the third generation mobile communicationtechnology in our country, has been gradually lead people into the "age of3gmobile," the advantage of3g technology will continue to promote nationalgovernment, agriculture, commerce, education and so on all walks of lifeinformatization process, so as to build a full range of information society.Informatization education as an important part of social informatization, should be onthe basis of third-generation (3g) mobile communication technology platform formore reform and innovation, so as to comprehensively promote the mobile learningand the popularity of education informatization applications such as digital campus.JXGC college in2012by the national ministry of education as the first batch ofeducation informatization pilot unit. JXGC college will take this opportunity toactively promote the school education informatization, the change of wisdom fromdigital campus to campus, the school in talents cultivation, scientific research, socialservices and cultural inheritance and innovation to make new contributions.This paper puts forward a model of education informatization constructionframework based on3g technology. The model is based on the computer on thecampus network and mobile operator network as the foundation, such as smartphones and pdas for terminal equipment, can be real-time and mobility, the connection of the campus network server to mobile learning and real-time onlinecommunication, to achieve real significance of education informationization incolleges and universities.This paper studies the status quo of college education informatizationconstruction of colleges and universities in jiangxi province, the main problems, andanalyzing the reason of the main problems, At the same time to the currenttechnology is very mature3g technology was studied, and the3g technology into thecategory of education informatization construction, finally to JXGC college as anexample based on3g technology is discussed the advantage and the shortage ofeducation informatization and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in viewof the deficiencies and Suggestions.更多还原
