【摘要】 随着高校体育教育的不断改革，校运会作为高校体育教育工作的重要组成部分，以其自身的特点，积极推动高校体育工作的开展。学校运动会的开展促进校园体育文化的发展以及提高学生综合身体素质的提高。对所有的在校师生而言，通过学校运动会可以充分调动师生参加体育锻炼的兴趣，以达到增强师生体质、增进健康的作用。对于体育本质来说，其学校运动会就是促进体育精神的弘扬和体育价值观的实现。本文通过采用：文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法，对重庆市普通高校校运会发展现状进行全面的研究与分析，具体调查内容为：重庆市普通高校校运会举办宗旨、重庆市普通高校校运会举办时间和次数、重庆市普通高校校运会开、闭幕式、重庆市普通高校校运会项目编排以及比赛规则、重庆市普通高校校运会项目设置和开展等；学生参与情况、学生参与动机、学生未参与运动会的主要原因、学生对运动会功能认知状况、学生对运动会的喜爱程度以及影响运动会开展的重要因素调查等。针对调查内容，发现并找出重庆市普通高校校运会目前存在的问题，具体问题为：校运会举办宗旨不够明确；运动会项目设置存在一定的局限性；学生参与度逐渐下降；奖励的设置过于单一和功利性；运动会的宣传力度不够、缺乏校园体育文化宣传；校运会比赛场面缺乏气氛的热烈。通过对重庆市普通高校校运会开展和组织内容的调查分析，对高校校运会中存在的问题所提出的改进措施为：应坚持树立“以人为本、健康第一”的校运会理念；兼顾竞技项目的同时，娱乐性、趣味性项目应适当增加；改进评分和奖励机制，注意物质奖励与精神奖励并重；提高学校领导的重视；加强提倡校园体育文化节的宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous reform of university sports education, school sports as an important partof college sports education work, with its own characteristics, actively promote the sports collegework. The development of school sports promote the development of the campus sports cultureand improve the students’ comprehensive physical quality enhancement. For all the teachers andstudents in school, through the school sports meeting can fully arouse the interest of teachers andstudents take part in physical exercise, to strengthen the role of teachers and students physique,improve health. For nature of sports, the school sports is to promote the sports spirit to carryforward and the implementation of the sports values.In this paper, by means of literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expertinterview method, mathematical statistics method and other methods, the Chongqing municipalordinary university school sports development present situation to conduct a comprehensiveresearch and analysis of the specific investigation content is: the ordinary university sportsmeeting held in Chongqing purpose, time and number of ordinary university sports meeting heldin Chongqing, Chongqing normal university sports meeting opening and closing ceremonies,ordinary university sports meeting in Chongqing project layout and the rules of the game, theordinary university school sports projects in Chongqing set up and carry out, etc.; Studentparticipation of students, students’ participation motivation, the main reason that does notparticipate in the games, the cognition of sports function condition of students, students’ love forsports and the important factors influencing the games to carry out the investigation, etc. In viewof the investigation contents, discover and find out the problems existing in ordinary universitysports meeting in Chongqing, specific problems are: sports meeting held purpose is not clear; Thelimitation to the sports project Settings; Student participation gradually decreases; Reward set istoo single and utilitarian; Games the propaganda is not enough, the lack of campus sports culturepropaganda; School sports game scene lacks the warm atmosphere.Through the Chongqing municipal ordinary university sports meeting and organizing theinvestigation and analysis of the content and the problems existing in the school sports in collegesand universities have put forward improvement measures are as follows: should adhere toestablish "people-oriented, health first" the idea of school sports; Both competitions at the sametime, more interesting and entertaining program should be appropriately increased; Improvedscore and reward mechanism, pay attention to material rewards and spirit award; To improve theattention of the school leader; Strengthen publicity advocates the campus sports culture festival.更多还原
