【摘要】 在当今全球物流经济已经进入了供应链管理时代，我国的连锁企业同样要面对需求不断变化的买方市场和外资连锁经营企业不断涌入国内市场的发展态势。在这种形式下，我国的连锁经营企业要坚持不断探索、不断提升自身供应链管理的水平，才能应对竞争激烈的市场。本文研究的目的是通过对美食林连锁超市供应链的研究，为以连锁经营方式下的供应链管理提供理论的指导，并针对美食林连锁超市供应链管理中存在的问题提出解决方案和相应的保障措施。首先，本文研究了国内外关于供应链管理的理论研究现状，探讨了国内外学者对供应链和供应链管理提出的相关理论观点，为美食林连锁超市的供应链管理研究奠定理论基础。其次，通过从采购管理、库存管理、物流管理和销售管理四个方面分别提出了国内外典型连锁企业供应链发展现状，并提出四点国内外连锁超市供应链管理可借鉴的因素。再次，分析了美食林连锁超市的在采购管理、库存和物流管理、销售管理以及信息系统整合方面的现状，提出其在存在信息技术建设、人员分配、工作流程以及部门协作之间的问题。最后，构建了美食林连锁超市一体化供应链管理模型，并从完善供应商评价体系、与供应商形成战略联盟、有效地激励措施、降低运营成本以及加大政府的扶持力度几个方面，提出了其实施供应链管理的相关保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the global logistics economy entered the age of supply chain management,chain enterprises in China also have to face is the trend that the changing needs ofdomestic market and foreign chain business giants continue into the domestic market.This requires the chain enterprise should adhere to exploration, especially to improve thesupply chain management level of chain enterprise. The main purpose of this paper isthrough the chain management study of MSL supermarket and put forward solutions andmeasures to the chain management enterprises. This paper mainly adopts methods ofcomparative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly, we summarize the research status at home and abroad about the theory ofsupply chain management; discuss the view to supply chain and supply chainmanagement, laid the theoretical foundation for the research of MSL’s supply chainmanagement.Secondly, through procurement management, inventory management, logisticsmanagement and sales management to study the supply chain management of foreignsupermarket chains, and puts forward three factors which the supply chain managementin China can learn from. Also analyzes the present situation of supply chain managementand the chain operation development of China.Thirdly, the paper analyzed the purchasing management, inventory and logisticsmanagement, sales management and information system integration of MSL and putforward the problem of existence information technology construction, personnelallocation, work process and department of collaboration.Finally, construct the chain management model of MSL’s and supply the Protectivemeasures of supply chain managementfrom by information technology, supplierevaluation system and government support.更多还原
