宝烟嘴棒自动化存储物流系统设计与实现

【摘要】 伴随着计算机科学和自动化技术的发展,企业的竞争正逐步转化为整个供应链和精细化物流的竞争,物流管理也从简单的方式迅速向自动化管理演变。通过工业网络对设备和材料进行管理,解决了传统的物料存储落后的问题,实现了物料的自动化管理,从而达到了物流系统合理化的目的。系统广泛采用了工业以太网和TCP/IP网络协议以及数据库管理,实现了物流信息的收集、处理、传送、存储和分析及物流指令快速、准确的执行。为企业信息决策支持系统提供基础数据,为上级信息管理系统提供生产物流信息。本文以作者参与的宝烟嘴棒自动化存储物流系统为背景,对该系统的相关技术进行了研究。首先,介绍了自动化物流系统的研究背景和现状分析,以及与系统相关的应用技术。并简要介绍了工业以太网和MQ通信技术,以及SQL Server数据库。其次,在相关技术基础上分析了企业的现状,评估企业相关设备和人员,提出问题并且对问题进行分析,在此基础上对系统的构建提出更加合理的方案。接下来,对系统进行全面的需求分析,本系统也通过采用模块化设计思想,构建了系统的总体结构。进行系统总体设计时,将系统划分为三个模块,分别对信息管理、调度控制、设备执行各模块进行详细设计。最后,在进行系统测试时,逐步对系统的各个功能进行测试,避免了系统在功能上的漏洞。通过对系统的研究,并建立在宝烟电控系统的基础上,开发了嘴棒信息管理、嘴棒高架库的调度控制、堆垛机设备执行为一体的自动化管理系统。提高了企业的信息化和自动化的程度,减少了人员和设备的浪费,节约了企业的成本。为企业下一步实现信息集成管理打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer science and automation technology,Enterprise’s competition is gradually into the supply chain and the refined logisticscompetition. The logistics management is quickly towards automation managementevolved. Through the industrial network was carried out on the equipment andmaterials management. to solve the traditional material storage backward problem,realize automatic management of material, so as to achieve the purpose of therationalization of logistics system. System uses a industrial Ethernet and TCP/IPnetwork protocol, and database management。Realize the fast and accurate logisticsinstruction execution and logistics information collection, processing, transmission,storage and analysis. Provide basic data for enterprise information decision supports.Provide production and logistics information management information system.In this paper, In order to an automated storage logistics system as thebackground, Study the related technologies of the system. First, Introduces theresearch background and current situation analysis of automatic logistics system, andSystem related application technology. Industrial Ethernet are briefly introduced andthe MQ communication technologies, and SQL Server database. Secondly, Based onthe related technology,analyzes the current situation of enterprise. Assess enterpriserelated equipment and personnel, and puts forward problems and analyze the problem.On the basis of, put forward the construction scheme of the system. Next, Demand forthe system to conduct a comprehensive analysis. By using modular design thought.The overall structure of the system is constructed. For overall system design, thesystem is divided into three modules, respectively, to information management,schedule control, equipment, implementation of each module detailed design. Last,when carries on the system test, each system function test, to avoid the system on thefunction of loopholes.Based on the research of the system,Established on the basis of the electriccontrol system, To develop the Information management, scheduling control ofelevated library, Equipment to perform of stacker, As one of the automatedmanagement system. Increase the degree of the enterprise informatization andautomation, Reduce the waste of personnel and equipment, save the cost of theenterprise. For the enterprise to realize information integration management has laid asolid foundation.
