高中化学新教材中“科学视野”教学的调查与实践研究

【摘要】 2009年秋湖北省实施了新课程改革,新课程的教学方式、教学方法,教学评价一直是教育教学研究的热点问题。化学课程作为科学教育的重要内容,其主旨是使学生形成科学态度,掌握科学方法,主动进行科学探索,提高学生终身学习的能力和创新能力[1]。化学教材增加了“科学视野”栏目,两册8章内容安排了15个“科学视野”。由于受到高考制度、学校管理及教师传统教学理念的影响,“科学视野”栏目的教学往往被忽略。如果把教材这样处理,不仅浪费了教材编创人员的集体智慧,也不利于新课程理念的实现。本文以“科学视野”栏目的教学情况作为研究课题,希望能为“科学视野”栏目的教学提供一些有益的帮助。依据新课程的教学理念,在查阅文献的基础上,编写了高中化学“科学视野”栏目教学调查的教师问卷和学生问卷。对湖北省部分高中的化学教师和学生进行调查,用百分比统计的方法处理问卷数据,得到以下下结论:1.教师对“科学视野”教学的情感态度是积极的,2.教师对“科学视野”的教学是不重视的,3.影响“科学视野”栏目教学的因素是多样的。在问卷调查的基础上,制定出“科学视野”栏目的教学实验方案:(1)关注化学科学发展的前沿动态,(2)了解学生对化学科学知识的生活经验和知识积累情况,(3)通过网络、书刊、报纸、新闻等收集化学科学前沿领域的资料,结合《化学必修一》、《化学必修二》“科学视野”的教学内容进行整合,运用于教学过程中。问卷调查和教学实验表明,“科学视野”是化学必修课的重要组成部分,教师应该明确它在化学教学中的意义,教材用“学与问”、“思考与交流”、“科学探究”,“实践活动”、“科学视野”、“科学史话”等栏目使教材的内容和形式更加丰富多彩。“科学视野”所涉及的都是当今化学科学领域的一些热点问题,通过对“科学视野”的学习,可以更深层次理解相关的化学知识,让学生了解最新科技动态,触摸化学前沿,开拓学生的“科学视野”,使学生感受到化学在社会发展中的重要作用,激发学生学习化学的热情,形成科学探索的精神、养成自主学习的好习惯[2]。因此,“科学视野”应与其他栏目配合使用,以达到《化学课程标准》的要求,提高学生的化学科学素养。

【Abstract】 The fall of2009, Hubei Province, the implementation of the new curriculum reform, new curriculum teaching methods, teaching methods, teaching evaluation has been a hot issue of education. Chemistry curriculum as science education, its purpose is to enable students to form a scientific attitude, to master scientific method, scientific exploration initiative to improve lifelong learning and innovative ability. Chemistry textbooks add "scientific perspective" column, eight chapters in two books arranged15"scientific perspective". Due to the college entrance examination system, the impact of the traditional teaching philosophy of the school management and teachers, the teaching of "scientific perspective" is often ignored. If treated materials in such way is not only a waste of materials innovations of collective wisdom, but also not conducive to the realization of the concept of the new curriculum. In chemistry teaching, how are we teaching of "scientific perspective" column? In this paper, we selected "scientific vision" column in high school chemistry teaching as a research topic, hoping to provide some useful help for the teaching of the "scientific vision".Based on Curriculum reform and the new curriculum teaching philosophy, we write the preparation of "scientific perspective" column teaching survey of high school chemistry teacher questionnaires and student questionnaire.120teachers in Hubei Province to do a sample survey, the questionnaire with the percentage of statistical methods for analysis, we can draw the following conclusions:1. Emotional attitude of the teachers in the teaching of "scientific perspective" is positive;2. Teachers’ teaching of "scientific vision is not important;3."Scientific perspective" column teaching factors is diverse.Based on the survey, we design "scientific perspective" teaching experiment. In the experiment, combined with the teaching materials, teaching experiment by the following aspects.(1) Do a good social survey, concern about the development of chemical science forefront of dynamic.(2) To investigate students’ understanding of chemistry in daily life, to understand the life experience of students and the scientific knowledge of Chemistry.(3) Collected frontier chemical Sciences by the network, books, newspapers, news, combined with "scientific perspective" content integration in "chemical compulsory Ⅰ&Ⅱ", and used in the teaching process.Questionnaire and teaching experiments show that the "scientific perspective" is an important part of the chemical required course, teachers should be made clear its significance in chemistry teaching,"learning and asking","thinking and communicating","scientific inquiry","practical activities","scientific perspective","science myth" columns in teaching materials make the content and form of teaching materials more colorful."Scientific perspective" are involved in a number of hot issues in the field of chemical science. Learning scientific perspective and a deeper understanding of the chemical knowledge enable students to understand the latest scientific and technological developments, touch chemical frontier, open up students’ scientific perspective. Therefore, students can feel that chemistry not only plays an important role in social development, but also can stimulate students to learn the power of chemical exploration of scientific knowledge, to stimulate students’ enthusiasm to learn chemistry, to develop scientific exploration and self-learning good habits. Therefore, the "scientific perspective" in conjunction with other columns, to achieve the requirements of the "chemistry curriculum standards" and to improve students’chemical scientific literacy.
