水泥混凝土碎石化施工技术与适用结构层研究

【摘要】 水泥混凝土路面碎石化是一种旧水泥混凝土路面破碎处治技术,是对旧水泥混凝土路面大修改建的重要手段。因其具有防反射裂缝效果好、施工速度快、对环境和交通影响小等优点而被广泛应用。目前,碎石化技术在我国的应用还处于早期阶段,质量控制标准等方面尚缺乏理论基础和针对性,另外,除少数学者对于碎石化混凝土的回弹模量进行研究外,旧水泥路面碎石化后结构层的物理力学性质,尤其是室内性质的研究尚有空缺。水泥混凝土路面碎石化后适用的结构层,即碎石化层适用于基层还是底基层及碎石化改造后其疲劳寿命分析以及碎石化层作为基层时的反射裂缝分析,国内外亦尚无人研究。论文针对以上问题展开研究。论文依托国道324线(福州至昆明,简称G324)罗梅公路大修工程,对试验段进行碎石化研究。通过对旧路的调查,对水泥混凝土路面进行了一系列病害评估,结合国内外MHB的施工实践及理论成果,研究旧水泥混凝土路面碎石化技术的施工工艺、施工质量控制方法等,并对碎石化后的水泥混凝土路面进行现场及室内的物理力学性质研究,总结出得出MHB碎石化设计、施工的关键参数。随后,论文对含碎石化混凝土层的水泥混凝土路面建立有限元模型,进行温度梯度和车辆荷载作用下应力分析,利用此模型对碎石化层进行寿命预估及反射裂缝预估,分别得出当碎石化混凝土做基层或底基层时,对于不同工况下碎石化混凝土的下部模量的推荐值,从而确定了碎石化层做不同结构层时的适用条件,为应用碎石化技术时大修路面结构层领域提供依据。

【Abstract】 Rubblization is an old broken cement concrete pavement treatment technology,which isan important way of reconstruction. Because of its effect in anti-reflective cracking, rapidconstruction speed, little impact to environmental and traffic, it has been used widely. Atpresent, the application ofrubblization technology in China is still in early stages,qualitycontrol standards lack of theoretical basis and pertinence, in addition, except few scholars hasstudied the resilient modulus of the gravel concrete, researches on physical and mechanicalproperties of the structural layer after old cement concrete pavement rubblization, especiallythe laboratory test,isstill vacancied. The applicable structural layer after cement concretepavement rubblization—weatherapplysthe rubblization to the primary layeror thesub-baselayer; how to analysis its fatigue life and the reflective cracking when use the gravellayer as thegrass-roots, there is no research about these problems home and abroad. So, thispaper focus on the questions above.Relying on G324Luo Mei road, the rubblization of experiment sections has studied.According to the survey, the old broken cement concrete pavement had a series of damageassessment, combined with foreign engineering experiences and results of research to studythe construction technology and quality control methods of rubblization, and its physical andmechanical performance in laboratory and field test, then the MHB rubblization design andconstruction key parameters was summed up.In order to analyz the stress under vehicle load and temperature gradient, the paper buildfinite element model of rubblization concrete layer, and it was used for Structure layer’s lifeestimate and reflection crack estimate, the lower modulus recommendation in differentcondition of rubblization structure which is used as basic layer or subbase layer was given,and the applicable condition for different structure layer was given too. This study provide thebasis for the application of rubblization technology reconstruction the field of pavement layer.
