【摘要】 目的：观察具有运脾温阳作用的中药颗粒剂治疗迁延性腹泻脾阳虚证的临床疗效，对治疗无效病例，分析其无效原因，探讨疗效与发病季节、病程、性别及护理等相关因素的联系，观察诸因素对有效病例及无效病例的影响。从而为进一步探讨运脾温阳法治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的最佳治疗方案奠定基础。方法：收集经服用运脾温阳颗粒剂5天的小儿迁延性腹泻临床无效病例13例，从病程、病情、致病病原体、发病年龄、性别、季节等方面进行调查分析，探讨无效病例的相关因素。结果：运脾温阳颗粒剂治疗小儿迁延性腹泻临床疗效好，治疗无效最常见的原因是用药不当、护理不合理、季节的影响。病程的长短与疗效有关系，病程长则疗效差；病情与疗效有关，病情轻则疗效好；无效组与有效组在大便检查结果上有差异，有轮状病毒阳性者疗效差，阴性者疗效好；疗效与发病年龄、性别方面无相关性。结论：运脾温阳法是治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的有效法则，正确合理的治疗可以提高疗效。疗效与病程、病情、大便检查结果、季节密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of drug granules of transformation and transportation ofspleen and warm yang used to treat infantile persistent diarrhea, and study the inefficientcases of child persistent diarrhea, analyze the reasons of inefficacy, further explore therelation between the effect and many other factors, thus we arrive a conclusion thatinefficient cases different with those efficient in some aspects, which will further help we toexplore the superiority and the best method of transformation and transportation of spleenand warm yang to treat this disease which are basis.Method: Collect 8patients of infantile persistent diarrhea which are treated 10 days by ruggranules of transformation and transportation of spleen and warm yang a rug granules oftransformation and transportation of spleen and warm and investigate 5 cases of inefficacychild persistent diarrhea for 4 years, we analyze the inefficacy reasons which 13 cases thatare treated 5 days by rug granules of transformation and transportation of spleen and warmyang, so further study the 13 cases are different in following aspects such as course,thecourse of treatment, the result of stool,the age,the sex and season.Result: The total clinical effective of the treatment which rug granules of transformationand transportation of spleen and warm yang are excellent. The most familiar reasons ofinefficacy treatment infantile persistent diarrhea are that the method of treatment is single,the nursing is not reasonable and season factor. The effect of treatment is negatively relatedto the course of disease,in generally, the effect is much worse with the course of disease ismuch longer; The effect is positively related to the state of an illness, the effect is muchbetter with the state of an illness is much gentler; There is difference between the effectivegroup and ineffective group about the result of stool, the result of duo virus is digestive, theeffect is worse, the result of duo virus is negative, the effect is better; The effect is norelation between the ages, the sex.Conclusion: The method of rug granules of transformation and transportation of spleenand warm yang is an effective in treating infantile persistent diarrhea. The correct, reasonable treatment may improve the effect.The effect is highly regard with the course ofdisease, the result of stool and the reason.更多还原
