【摘要】 背景：舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)是指在心室收缩功能正常(射血分数正常EF＞50％)的情况下，心室松弛性和顺应性减低，使心室充盈量减少和充盈压升高，从而导致肺循环和体循环瘀血的综合征。二十世纪80年代住院患者的回顾性研究证明，DHF患者大约占全部心力衰竭患者的30％——40％，其反复住院率高，严重影响患者的生活质量。而高血压病是导致DHF的最常见疾病之一，高血压病在中老年当中发病率很高，早期即可出现左室舒张功能障碍，最终导致舒张性心衰。目的：通过观察“益心颗粒”治疗由高血压病引起的舒张性心衰患者前后E峰、A峰、E／A值及临床症状等疗效指标的变化，评估“益气活血、宣肺利水”法对高血压病伴舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：临床研究中将高血压病伴舒张性心衰患者随机分成两组，治疗组15例，对照组15例。治疗组予西药非洛地平加中药益心颗粒，对照组予西药非洛地平加氢氯噻嗪，12周为一疗程。结论：中医临床从心肺辨证，遵循益气活血、宣肺利水治疗大法所组成的益心颗粒治疗高血压病伴舒张性心衰可取得良好疗效，延缓了DHF的进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background:Diastolic heart failure (DHF)is a clinical syndrome characterized by thesymptoms and signs of heart failure, a preserved ejection fraction(EF＞50%),and abnormaldiastolic fuction.Form a conceptual perspective,diastolic heart failure occurs when theventricular chamber is unable to accept an adequate volume of blood during diastole, atnormal diastolic pressures and at volumes sufficient to maintain an appropriate strokevolume. These abnormalities are cause by a decrease in ventricular relaxation and/or anincrease in ventricular stiffness and give rise to the left ventricular filling pressure elevating,the left ventricular filiing capacity decreasing, systemic and pulmonary circulationcongesting goring .It has been proofed that 35%to 40% of all the patient with heart failureare DHF by reviewing the hospitalized patient in the 80’s 20th century. The treatment ofDHF is most experiencing and still short of large scale multiplicity centers random controlclinical trial now. Therefore the diagnosis and treatiment of DHF is a most importantproject whoch is urgent to resolved in the fields of cardiology.Object:The test is to evaluate the effective of YiXin granules medicine in treating DHFcauded by essential hypertension.Method:30 cases were divided into two groups. 15 cases in treatment group were treatedby westen drugs Felodipine and YiXin granules and 15 cases in control group by Felodipineand Hydrochlorothiazide for 12 weeks.Results:clinic tests have indicated that tonifying Qi and strengthen Heart ang Lung canstop further the development of DHE更多还原
