高稳定度晶体振荡器的设计与老化补偿

【摘要】 本文主要是针对高稳定度晶体振荡器的设计及其老化漂移补偿的研究。通过分析传统的温度补偿晶体振荡器及恒温晶体振荡器的研制技术基础上,提出了基于双金属电极的热应力补偿温补晶振。该方案是从晶体的自身特性出发,并结合其力-频特性与温度-频率特性使得晶体振荡器的频率-温度稳定度得到了提高。通过实验表明,基于应力补偿温补晶振的频率-温度特性得到了有效改善。同时,对低噪声高稳定度恒温晶体振荡器进行了讨论,分析了晶体振荡器中各部分噪声的产生机理,并通过分析噪声产生机理找到了降低噪声的方法,使得研制的晶体振荡器的相位噪声指标达到了预期效果。随后,就基于低噪声指标的基础上又对恒温晶体振荡器的频率-温度特性分析得出,通过改进振荡电路、温控电路,并采用双层恒温控制的晶体振荡器,其频率-温度稳定度得到了有效改善。最后,本文论文以实验的方式采集了多组晶体振荡器的老化漂移数据,并加以了分析与滤波处理。将滤波处理后的数据通过Matlab数学工具软件经非线性回归拟合后得到晶体振荡器的老化漂移数学模型。并通过硬件电路的设计加以实现了对其老化漂移的补偿。

【Abstract】 This article is mainly for the study of high stability crystal oscillator design andaging drift compensation.By analyzing the traditional temperature-compensated crystaloscillator(TCXO) and oven controlled crystal oscillator(OCXO) developedtechnology,based on two matal electrodes made of thermal stress compensatedTCXO,starting from the crystal’s own characteristics,combined with itsforce-frequency characteristics and temperature-frequency features make the crystaloscillator frequency-temperature stability is improved.Experimental results show thatthe frequency-temperature of the stress compensation TCXO characteristics aresignificantly improved.Meanwhile, the low-noise high stability OCXO is discussed, analyzed themechanism in various parts of the crystal oscillator noise, and the noise generated byanalyzing the mechanism to find a way to reduce noise, making the development of acrystal oscillator phase noise indicators to achieve the desired effect. Subsequently, onthe basis of the low-noise performance of the OCXO and a frequency-temperaturecharacteristic analysis obtained by improving the oscillation circuit, the temperaturecontrol circuit, and the use of double thermostatically controlled crystal oscillator, thefrequency-Temperature stability degree has been effectively improved.Finally,the thesis experimentally collected multiple crystal oscillator aging driftdata,and to the analysis and filtering.After filtering the data processing of the Matlabmathematical tool to get after the crystal oscillaror drift nonlinear regressionmathematical model of aging.And to realize their aging drift compensation through thedesign of hardware circuit.
