【摘要】 随着网络不断普及,网络技术的不断发展,网络办公自动化系统受到越来越多企业单位的应用。采用网络办公自动化系统不仅可以提高企业单位的办公效率,同时可以实现资源分享的最大化、简便化,能更快更广的传递信息,使工作人员的办公更加轻松自在,也减少了不必要的开支。本文就是在此基础上开发的基于ASP的网络办公自动化系统。本文首先介绍了网络办公自动化系统国内外的发展现状及存在的主要问题,通过对应用平台的介绍,阐述了本系统设计的关键技术,最后详细介绍了设计的不同模块及模块功能的具体实现。本文着重介绍了关于数据库技术的设计和验证码技术的实现。数据库系统主要是对信息的及时存取和信息更快捷简便的查询,使得系统具有很强的伸缩性、通用性、兼容性和可操作性,提高了系统的开发价值。针对安全性方面,采用更具安全性的验证码实现技术,通过对随机产生的数字实现不同排序和数字生成图片的不同来加强安全机制,防止恶意攻击的设计,从而更好的保证了系统的安全性。针对相应的关键技术,本文给出了各个不同功能模块的详细设计。页面的人性化和操作的便捷化,更能满足员工的工作需求,提高了员工的工作效率,加快了企业单位的发展进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularization of network and the development of the network technology, more and more enterprises applying network Office Automation System, it is not only improve the office efficiency, but also to achieve the conciseness and maximum of resource sharing, in order to transmit information widely and make the officer more comfortable, meanwhile, it decrease unnecessary spending. This report is based on above to research the ASP network Office Automation System.Firstly, this paper will introduce the development status and main problems of domestic and overseas network Office Automation System. Through the introduction of this application platform, it will expound the key technology of this system design. Finally, this paper will describe the concrete realization of different modules and module functions.This paper will emphasize to introduce the design of the database technology and the realization of verification code technology. Database System is mainly to improve the information access and information searching; in order to make this system has strong scalability, generality, compatibility and maneuverability, meanwhile to increase the development value of this system.For safety, this paper will propose to use more safety security code technology, through the random numbers to realize different orders and different number will make different pictures, it also can strengthen the security mechanism, this design can escape the malicious attack. Therefore, it can protect the safety of the system.For corresponding key technologies, this paper will show the various functional modules of this design, the humanized pages and the facilitation of operation can satisfy working requirement of the employees, improve the working efficiency and accelerate the enterprises process of the development.更多还原
