【摘要】 在今天，物流业的发展是关系到一个国家和一个地区经济发展的重要问题。在现代生产与再生产的方式方法中，可以说物流过程包含了除生产过程以外的其它过程，包装业、仓储业、加工配送业、装卸业、物流信息业等行业都包含在物流业的范畴中。在我国保税区，物流产业已经成为基础产业和服务贸易的重要组成部分，虽然是新兴行业，但在发展过程中不断自我突破和完善，借鉴国际物流业发展经验的同时结合保税区的发展特点逐渐形成具有保税区特色的发展模式。在我国加入世贸组织后，国内经济受到外部经济的冲击，应运而来的配套服务业也不得不加快发展的步伐。因此深入研究保税区物流产业的特色及进一步发展的战略成为形成规模性流通和形成国际流通大格局的现实性问题。大连保税物流园区是实施保税区和大连港区港联动国家试点示范区，也是促进大连航运中心形成和提升国际物流中心功能的主要载体，对振兴东北(大连)老工业基地，营造良好的对外开放环境，吸引投资、发展外贸、调整结构、进一步发展我国物流业有着深远的历史性意义。文章认真回顾了大连保税区的发展历史，深入研究分析了物流园区项目的设计和规划，同时查阅了大量国内外物流业管理的实际案例，结合几年来保税物流园区的发展实际情况，运用文献梳理法、因果分析法、案例分析法等研究方法，对保税物流园区的管理与发展进行了系统分析和全面的规划。意在通过对大连保税区物流园区的发展模式和管理方法的探讨和研究，为物流业发展起到借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The logistics has already been yet a wholly new concept in the world. It can be said thatexcept the production process, all other processes among the production and thereproduction could be included in the scope of logistics. The logistics, which includedshipping, warehousing, loading and unloading, manufacturing and distribution, information,packing, and postal service etc., is an emerging industry of the modern service industry. Aspart of the fundamental industry and the service trade of bonded area in our country,although at present is at the starting stage, it begins high, develops fast and forms graduallywith bonded area-specific patterns. With the flow-in of foreign businesses after our joiningWTO, it is important to study the characteristics and development strategy of logistics inbonded area and how the above can promote the globalization of logistics in China, forminga development pattern integrating regional and nation-wide need, combining domestic withinternational market..Dalian Bonded Logistics Park is a national pilot model for the combination of bondedarea and Dalian Port; it is also a major carrier to promote Dalian to become transportationhub and international logistics center. Dalian Bonded Logistics Park is of great importance torevitalize the Northeast (Dalian) Old Industrial Base, cultivate friendly open to outsideenvironment, develop foreign trades, adjust industrial structure and speed up internationallogistics development.This article, through the review to the developing history of Dalian bonded area and thedesign and planning of the logistics park, the study of lots of logistics management cases athome and abroad, the reality of Dalian Bonded Logistics Parks in recent years, made asystematic analysis and comprehensive planning to the management and development ofBonded Logistics Park by the ways of Carding law literature, causal analysis, case analysis,etc. This article, by the planning and management to Dalian bonded logistics park, aims toprovide brand-new management methods and solutions for the development of logistics andhelp other areas draw on experiences in developing logistics.更多还原
